Large Modernised Villa - for groups and families

Welcome to our family home and Provençal oasis, only a short distance away from all the best parts of the French Riviera.

5 double bedrooms, large garden and pool.

Located in the hills above La Colle Sur Loup (15 minute walk), we are 20 minutes drive from Nice, Cannes and Antibes.
Just a 45 minute country walk to the famous and beautiful Saint Paul De Vence.

This is a perfect nest to relax, but also explore the French Riviera.

Welcome to your own slice of paradise in the beautiful village of La Colle-Sur-Loup. This stunning villa is not just a house, but a retreat for families or groups looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, and be conveniently close the major attractions of the French Riviera.

We vacate our home for guests and we believe this gives you a “lived-in” experience which is what Airbnb was originally designed for!

Property Details:

5 Large double bedrooms, 3 with en-suite bathrooms with a total of 7 bathrooms in the house.

Large open plan living and modern kitchen, which compliments the historic Provencal architecture.

Indoor and outdoor fireplaces

Fibre-optic internet (250gigabytes/second)

Full office setup with dual screens and printer/scanner

The garden is a green oasis, filled with flowers and wildlife, no overlooking neighbours and usually no other noise except the birds. There are many fruit trees and bushes which guests are free to enjoy as and when they are ripening.

The swimming pool is 18 metres and perfect for a morning swim to help awaken the mind and body.

Private gated entrance with parking for 5 cars.

Traditional French Village, great boulangeries and relaxed atmosphere. The summer events schedule is plentiful.

Professional Gardening and Swimming Pool maintenance happens weekly during the summer months. These are on pre-agreed days and you will be warned well in advance and reminded the day before.
