The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please keep pets off all furniture and bedding. You will be charged an additional $125 fee for violation of this policy. Maximum of two pets allowed.
Turn off split unit heat/air conditioner in the game room at the end of your stay.
If using the fireplace please open the flue and remember to close at the end of your stay. If firewood is present please only use 2 logs per stay, as this is a courtesy but not provided.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
EXTERIOR DOORS: Please keep all outside doors closed. SHUFFLEBOARD: Do not throw or bang shuffleboard pucks. Slide only. INTERNET: Do not unplug modem
QUIET HOURS: Begin at 9:00 PM and end at 9:00 AM. We have wonderful neighbors we do not want to disturb EXTERIOR: DON'T remove cobblestones or plants
PARKING: Only on paved driveway surfaces. NO YARD/STREET PARKING. EVENT: Max 18 overnight. Max 30 day-visitors $500 event fee will apply (9AM-9PM).

Fabulous property managed by an equally excellent host. This was our first trip to Medicine Park and the Wichita Mountains. Having lived in Oklahoma for 30 years. I can’t believe we didn’t make it here sooner. The natural beauty and history of this area is fascinating. As for this property, it would be tough to find a better place. This was the cleanest short-term rental we’ve ever seen and there were all sorts of games and outdoor activities to enjoy on the property. We already can’t wait to visit again.

The house was absolutely perfect! We were there for the Fourth of July, literally had the best view watching fireworks from the balcony! Greg was AWESOME! He Answered & responded quickly to all my questions I had. The kids enjoyed all the games they had, rooms were all so roomy & comfortable. House had everything we needed, beautiful view for the sunset as well! Look forward into booking this house again for me and my family!

My daughter was married at The Wichita Wildflolwer in Medicine Park and her reception was held at The Medicine Park Music Hall. I rented 4 homes in Medicine Park for out of town guests. This home was great and very accommodating. Great for a large family or multiple.
