good but could be better

Dear Sir, Hello, We had a very pleasant stay in Rabat. However, we have a few comments to make about the accommodation. - No hot water on the bathroom sink - Lack of night table and night lamp. - Lack of household linen: 3 towels even though the apartment is designed for six. - Faulty air-conditioning in one bedroom I wish you all the best. This apartment was excellent. There was AC throughout all the rooms, comfortable beds and couches, nice spaces to cook and eat, a kitchen that was stocked with all the amenities we needed, and adequate cleaning supplies. We are a family of 5 and felt very comfortable in the apartment. The host also thought of many little details that you don’t always get in Moroccan short term rentals, like providing enough hangers to hang all our clothes, a washer/dryer, and house slippers. The WiFi worked consistently. The location was also perfect. It was on a quiet side street, but it was right around the corner from restaurants, stores, and a Marjane City (small grocery store). The Avenue de France tram stop is only a few blocks away, so we were easily able to skip the traffic and travel all over Rabat for just 7dh per person! It was also easy to get a taxi or an indrive from this location. The host speaks fluent English, French, and Arabic, and he was available when we needed to communicate with him. The only down side of this apartment is that there is no elevator and it is on the 3rd floor, but this was just a minor inconvenience. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and plan to recommend it to friends.
