This stylish basement apartment is unique as it comes with a separate door to the outside and is perfect for corporate/oilfield executives, traveling nurses, family of two. It is equipped with a mini kitchen, living room, tv and internet, a computer, a printer and a mini bar.
It's the perfect for daily and a weeklong rental for the outdoor enthusiast. Excellent wifi for remote working. it's very close to restaurants, bars, downtown, airport, shopping centers, gas station and many exciting places
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of overnight guests is limited to FOUR (4) persons unless screened ahead of time. Please be upfront about the number of guests in your reservation. We operate on a very transparent basis and desire the same from our guests. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund. With that said, feel free to invite friends and family to hang out, have dinner, or enjoy the amenities.

Please note an additional charge of $75 per adult guest per night over 3 adults. If the additional guests are children, please contact me for alternation as there are no additional charges for children accompanied by adults.

No bachelor or bachelorette parties. We are happy to recommend some nearby properties/hotels but we are not a good fit for these types of occasions.

Late/Emergency Cancellations -- Please be advised: the host will not be financially responsible and thus will not issue refunds for cancelations made 1) for non-refundable bookings 2) on or after the date specified in the cancelation policy. Last minute weather issues, family emergencies, travel plan changes are unfortunate, but a risk that the renter is liable for should they occur. Thus, we highly recommend travel insurance. We will no longer entertain exceptions to the rule so be advised. We are operating a single (and we think amazing) Airbnb business.... last minute cancelations are difficult and often unlikely to re-book.

The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

At the end of the TERM, guests leave house in same condition it was found. Tenant will be held liable for any damage or missing items. If damage is noted upon checkin please notify owner via airbnb immediately.
