Yes, we do hope you feel at home although in fact it is far away from home! \nThe villa is your domain during your staying. You may carefully enjoy every facilities and services offered; while you are responsible to keep the villa like your own home. \nVilla Asih is designed with the concept of a \u201Cfamily holiday accommodation\u201D. It is NOT like a small hotel. Following such concept, Living Area, Dining Area, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, dry Kitchen, are placed in the main building, the wet Kitchen and staff room is in the separate building.\nSWIMMING POOL\nThe pool is not for gymnastic swimmers but is simply prepared to make your days enjoyable, happy and memorable. The loungers are for your personal use, but please try to avoid sitting with wet swimming suits on the cushions. \nPlease be careful with children and non-swimmers at the pool. The pool is more than 1.6 meter deep. So please do not leave children unattended at the pool. We will not take any responsibility for any accidents happening. Usage of the pool is at own risk.\nIf there are any problems with the pool, please inform our staff. We will immediately take care of it.\nPool maintenance is done twice a week by a trusted firm, specialized in the matter.\nThe water-management system of the pool automatically lowers the level of the water at night, and raises it again in the morning.\n\nSTAFF\nThe villa is serviced by our staff including House Keeper, Gardener, and Pool Attendant. \nNormally one staff will be working daily at the villa. They will work for 4 hours/day. In case they have to serve you for more than 4 hours/day, your kind appreciation is highly recommended. \nTheir duty is preparing the breakfast (if requested), prepare the bedrooms, keep the villa clean and tidy, and clean the garden. Of course they will also be happy to assist you if requested but please don\u2019t forget that the staff is mainly busy with keeping the villa clean for you.\nWe are not asking for a service charge but our staff will highly appreciate a tip (if you are satisfied with her/his work). However this is on your own discretion. \nPlease kindly understand that English is NOT their mother language. So, sometimes the staff will not be able to understand you! A slower way in speaking is a good way to understand.
