Please Note: A chiropractic office is located to the west side of the parking lot, with a growing tree barrier that provides only partial privacy at this time. The cottage sits just off a main road, and some traffic noise may be heard outside. However, guests have not reported this effecting their positive experiences.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Security Deposit Required of up to $300 (more for longer stays). Minimum age to rent is 21.

The addition of the Fresh flowers and the small stain glass lamps were just the right touch when you walk into the cottage at night. Valerie was understanding and helpful the entire week. Always answers your concern within the hour. Will definitely be back! Thanks for an awesome stay.

What a lovely cottage feel! Perfect retreat. Comfortable beds, soft robes, and fully equipped kitchen. Would love to come back when it’s warmer out to take advantage of the outdoor amenities more.

Wonderful Cottage

Beautiful property, that the owner obviously takes great pride in. Upon arrival everthing was meticulously prepared down to music playing on the tv. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Highly recommended!!

Gorgeous and spotless. Tucked away close enough to KC if you need it, but far enough that it’s a getaway. Absolutely loved it!! Host responded immediately every time I had a question. Amazing!! You have to rent here!

It’s a very nice place, clean, charming and everything you need is there. The host is very good. She is prompt with every request; she is a great communicator. The only drawback was the location (industrial) and the noisy road.

Wonderful

We've stayed in many VRBOs. This property is the best . Best in cleanliness, owner communication and respecting our privacy. The cottage exhibits absolute attention to detail, both inside and out. Music, fireplace, lights, fresh flowers, robes and slippers were all waiting upon our arrival. Valerie truly was ever accommodating.
