Company Christmas

A large group of us stayed the night before going on our cruise. Not ever staying in Miami, we seen some pretty terrible reviews. This place was one of the nicer places I have ever stayed in. Check in was a breeze and everyone was extremely nice, helpful, and accommodating.

Amazing stay in Miami!

The property was very well located. The two condos we rented had all the necessities (maybe just missing some cloth to hand wash some of the dishes). Everything was clean and the fact that each room had its own bathroom was very convenient. Loved everything about it!

Great Spacious Rooms. Perfect Location.

Booked two 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom suites through VRBO to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday, my best friend’s 37th birthday and my cousins 49 birthday. We drove in from Orlando. Arrived to the hotel and was immediately in awe at the design and energy of the place.Customer service from the valet to checkin was great! Joe Lewis helped me checked in and was so nice and accommodating. He was patient and extremely helpful as we navigated through / confirmed the two suites I had booked for my family. A couple of disgruntled people even approached him while he was helping me and his soft demeanor calmed them down until he was done helping me.I also visited the hotel bar. OMG!! The food. The drinks. The service. 10/10. I could’ve sat there and ate their oysters ALL DAY.Clean rooms. Great service. Phenomenal location. I’d definitely book this place again if I’m back in Miami and hope that Joe is there to help me!

On May 30th myself and 11 others in our party stayed in two separate rooms at the hotel after my mother, a travel Agent for AAA for the last 40 years highly recommended this business. The hotel is absolute gorgeous and everyone was very kind that we interacted with. The location itself is ideal and I don’t have one negative thing to say about our stay as it relates to cleanliness, the facility, and the customer service (while we were present at the venue.) However, once we returned from our cruise and re-entered the service area, we had been charged 28.21 for two Modelo beers. We nor anyone in our party even drink beer. We attempted to get into contact with the hotel to try to right the misunderstanding to no avail. After multiple attempts to get into contact, we were able to locate an email for Bradley Riemer, a front office assistant manager at the business. We detailed the discrepancy and he merely attached an invoice advising that the charges “have been confirmed by our Food and Beverage team.” That correspondence was sent on June 14th, we requested a phone call. As of July 14th, no one has reached out. We just attempted to again get in contact with someone regarding this, however getting someone on the phone that can address this has been unfruitful. The only intention of this review is to serve as a cautionary warning to those who would consider this hotel: it is a beautiful location and building; however, I would highly recommend video documenting the space upon arriv
