We loved this location, and the Beachhaus team is great. They are very responsive and accommodating. The property was very clean and well maintained and was stocked with everything we needed.

Spent many years in this area but never knew about this great little neighborhood. Fantastic location close to Moonlight Beach and many restaurants of all types. Since we’ve moved out of the area, we definitely try to revisit this property when the occasion arises.

We had a lovely stay for some family time. The house was well stocked with cooking and beach supplies, which was super handy. The house hummed loudly when the water was running, otherwise the house was everything we could have needed and we enjoyed ourselves immensely.

We had an excellent stay at this property. We've stayed in the neighborhood the last 5 years and this was the best spot. The neighborhood is nice with great access to the beach. The deck offers a great view and living space during the day or night. Everything was clean and the kitchen was spacious and stocked with everything we needed to cook. Finally, the owner was attentive and professional before and during our stay. We would definitely return to this house in the future!!

This property is exactly as described! The location is perfect in very walkable area. The house is well maintained and has everything a family needs. The backyard garden is gorgeous! There are plenty of restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, and bars within a short distance. You can walk to the moonlight beach access in a few minutes. It's also close to the touristy places like the SD Zoo and Legoland. Finally, Wendy and Paul are superb hosts! They provided us with plenty of recommendations in the area and we're quick to answer questions when we had them. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

My husband and I were very impressed with the cottage and felt extremely comfortable there, in fact we are already planning our return visit. The space was perfect for the 2 of us, but we may have felt crowded bringing the kids. The kitchen was top notch and Eric had 2 grills plus front yard and backyard seating/visiting areas. The town of Encinitas was so close, and we had a great time exploring the hangouts. Next visit needs to be a little longer!!

Cute little apartment with a balcony not far from Swami's Beach. Has everything you would need for a stay near the beach. It's about a 10-15 minute walk down to the beach or the downtown shops of Encinitas. Moonlight Beach is a bit of a further walk, but in 25 minutes or so, you'll be there. The owner communicated well and answered all questions in a timely manner. We heard the train at night but it didn't really bother us. Would love to stay here again if I get back in town!

This was our first extended trip as new retirees and this casita was perfect for us. It is well appointed and lives larger than it looks. The location is ideal for walking and exploring Encinitas and Leucadia. Also a great jumping off point for visiting all of San Diego and North County. Chris and Liz are lovely hosts and available at all times to address any issue that arose- mostly us looking for information. We highly recommend their place for a stay of any length.
