Welcome to Waterfront Paradise! Waterfront Paradise is located in the exclusive neighborhood of Key Royale, in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. This large Florida home is situated perfectly between palm trees and other native to Florida plant life. With a view of the golf course front the front porch and a view of the canal from the back porch, the Florida Lifestyle never looked so good!
Tiled throughout, this 4 bedroom home is decorated with a classic Florida touch combined with all the comforts of home. All 4 bedrooms have flat panel TV's with a large screen TV in the living room. A fully loaded kitchen has everything you will need for snacks after a long day at the beach, or to make dinner to be enjoyed pool side. With plenty of seating areas through the house and outside by the pool, everyone can find their own spot for dining, playing cards, or sipping a cocktail during sunset!
Open the french doors and feel the balmy air and warm sun on your face! Enjoy your very own private pool, Tiki hut, and gas grill to take advantage of every ounce of vacation that you have!
Please note that Waterfront Paradise is a month long minimum rental as enforced by the neighborhood association.

Great place all around - unfortunate (Covid-19) timing

Super managers: Island Realty’s Alex & Morgan, very attentive. Great to be pleasantly surprised that the photographs understated the size of the rooms & property. Wonderful visits from herons & egrets, cute anoles run around. Very quiet part of the Island. Only thing I got wrong was that we could not get to the water from the dock (no ladder) and missed out on kayaking. An improvement would be a switch to turn the outdoor fridge, in dining area, off at meal times. Covid-19 meant that four of our guests could not attend, so LOTS of space for the two of us!

Such a wonderful home, thank you so much

This home in Hampshire Lane is absolutely fabulous. My husband and I got to spend a few weeks here and we cannot stop talking about our vacation to friends. The home was much too big for only us two, but we are already planning another trip to Anna Maria Island and will most definitively stay here again and bring friends to share this amazing experience with. The pictures do not show the newly renovated kitchen, which was a pleasant surprise for me upon arrival and my husband enjoyed the proximity to the golf course. It is nice and quiet, the pool and canal view are nothing short of amazing and we will certainly be back soon for more. That we are in love with this house and its location is an understatement.
