Thanks for the review. This guest went into the unit prior to check in when our cleaning crew was still working in there. It was not communicated that she was coming early.

there was no remote in the second room with a tv, when i asked about it they did stop responding. there were spider webs and a ton of dead bugs in the windowsills in the bedrooms.. my friend counted 16 dead bees in her room, she took them out because she loves bugs and felt bad seeing them there. cups stains on nightstands and counters, pillows were very tiny, checked the closet, there were two extra pillows, one had stains on it and the other was almost thinner than what was on the beds. an odd experience for sure.. it was close to where i needed to be for the weekend but this could have been cleaned up and more put together.
This was not room we booked originally apparently they had bees in the room so were unable to stay in that room which I get things happen but they waited until check in time to tell us this issue gave us another room that was still not ready even at 5:30 in the evening the gentleman cleaning were very nice however not a great room layout was different so did not work for us I would have just said no but where were we supposed to stay after coming back to the room around 6 we found it still not clean at all and it did not have everything in it that we needed like the other room tried speaking to them getting a few of those things like TV they said they could not do that extra blankets and just some pillow cases those never came it is sad because the area it is in is beautiful I would want to stay in the area again but not here Things could have been handled better this room was extremely dirty over all not happy we did however get 100.00 back for the problems well my husband got the credit because he is nicer than me

We are disappointed by this review given the extensive accommodations we made during your stay. We discovered the bee issue at approximately 3:00 PM and notified you promptly at 3:28 PM, prior to your 4:00 PM check-in. We immediately offered solutions, including relocating you to another unit or providing a refund.
To further accommodate you, we moved you to a larger, more expensive unit at no additional cost and allowed you to personally view the replacement before accepting it. No concerns were raised during the walkthrough or at check-in. Additionally, we provided a $100 credit, resulting in your entire weekend stay totaling only $100.
Throughout your stay, we responded promptly to your concerns and made every effort to ensure your comfort. Our team remained professional and courteous, even while handling requests that exceeded the original accommodations.
We pride ourselves on customer service and believe we acted quickly, fairly, and responsibly in addressing an unexpected issue beyond our control. While we respect all guest feedback, we feel this review does not accurately reflect the significant efforts we made to resolve the situation and provide a positive experience.
We wish you and your family the best moving forward.
The property was in a nice location. It was clean and well appointed. Large space however could be better utilized. Also need more lounge seating. Otherwise really enjoyed the stay, beds were comfy and again really well situated for restaurants.
Quiet neighborhood but not a far drive from anything you’d want to do or see in the city. Good property. Could use a couple finishing touches but overall we were happy with our stay and the property manager.
Nice place. Loved the shower. Our only problem was we could not get the tv to work in the bedroom. It was super hot when we first arrived so we turned up the air conditioning and went for a walk. The light switches were located in weird places. Loved the little town square and bakery. I would stay here again. The beds were comfortable.

Good place if you just plan to sleep there
The place was clean and nice. Bathroom was clean and beds were comfortable. Really nice kitchen.
A/C units are old and loud. Place is by the railroad tracks so plan for a train every so often. TV streaming was not working so we read a lot!

Okay
It was ok it was as hard to get in touch with host at first but when I did she was helpful. Clean space but it’s out dated for me. Nice area if u like quiet and duck off. I said it was good for the price and location.
This was 0.6 miles from the wedding we were attending. The area is so cute and we enjoyed the bakery for breakfast. This rental is new but has tons of potential. We would stay again and be excited to see what they continue to do with the property. More seating could be added and there is lots of room for more sleeping arrangements or something but overall it worked out great for our stay!
Shower and beds are nice, but that is it. The kitchen was very poorly stocked, for a house with beds for 4 there were only a few glasses and cups. and there was no way 4 people could sit together other than around the dining table. We were never able to identify the Wifi, and the TV worked intermittently. The air-conditioners worked, but were really loud. The place has potential to be nice, but needs some TLC. The holes in the driveway should also be fixed.
Needed a place to stay for 3 adults while visiting family in Cincinnati. This place worked out perfectly. Could use a few finishing touches which I have communicated to the host. But wouldn’t prevent me from staying here again. I think they will only get better. It’s a newly renovated place so clean. Beds were very comfortable b
Overall a great place to stay. Host very responsive to questions. One thing to note, entry instructions not sent until an hour before ck in.
Overall, it was a nice cozy place. I was just disappointed that we Bought food and was not able to cook it. The stove did not work. 1 bedroom had no window coverings. I would stay again but will make sure the stove is working.

We left early
We stayed one of three nights. It is by a train track truly could not sleep. Couldn’t find any extra pillows.feels like a horse stable but it is nicely, renovated and clean. There was broken glass on the front porch and it looked like it should have been condemned and ready to come down. There was no washer and dryer. The oven didn’t work. The host was not responsive. Asked for a refund to help cover hotel costs. Has a nice shower, no soap.
The layout was a little odd. There were no no hooks to hang up towels in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom was in an odd location. The couch was covered with some sort of cover and only sat two people. The heating system took a while to figure out and was old basically, with no instructions on how to use it. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee filters for it.

I will start with the good things. The bed was small but comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great, and the owner supplied small coffee filters for the tiny coffeemaker. Now the bad: as you get out of the car, you see discarded building materials. The hand railing leading to the second floor isn't secured so it wobbles if you touch it. There are massive cobwebs on every step. The deck has rotted boards. When you open the door, there is a lamp sitting on a stained tablecloth Once inside, it didn't get better. The place smelled moldy. The only furniture in the lounge area was a loveseat covered with a bedspread. One AC unit was old and filthy dirty, of the other two, the one in the bedroom never got cool. But the bathroom was the winner for dysfunction. The toilet isn't attached to the floor. The toilet seat isn't attached to the toilet. The sink faucet isn't attached to the vanity nor is the vanity top attached to the cabinet.I have never stayed in a place this bad and would never give this place another chance.
We had a good stay, but this unit was definitely not quite ready for use. The furniture was sparse, the beds were nice and comfortable though. There were no blinds or curtains on the windows in the bedroom, when I asked the owner, she said they had gotten them, but hadn't been able to put them up. We used a couple of blankets and it worked ok. The shower curtain rod was not strong enough to hold the curtain once wet, so we had to shower without a curtain. The stove wasn't working while we were there either. The place could definitely be really nice with a few more pieces of furniture and a few more added touches and amenities. Just to clarify, the washer and dryer are not in the unit itself. All in all, though, we had a nice stay, could definitely be an amazing little unit in the historic community of Glendale.
I chose this apartment for its great location. I used to live in the neighborhood. The other positive was that the shower water pressure was nice and firm. Outside of that, I was not certain if the renovations were still in process or completed. I used 1/2 of the apartment. There were no hooks or towel bars in the bathroom, nor in the front bedroom. Very sparse on furniture. A table with 4 chairs and a couch, which looked uncleaned. Communication was inconsistent; I had to wait over 5 hours on Saturday to find out how to turn on the heat, and the directions were incorrect. An Atlanta company manages this property, and it became evident to me that the individual I spoke with had not seen the apartment. The check-in code was not correct. The apartment cleaning was fair, the couch is covered with a loose-fitting cover, which I hesitated to sit on. The bed I slept in had specks on the sheets, which looked like dirt. Some of the glassware was not cleaned. There was no scrubbing to wash dishes; there was soap. The soap in the bathroom was tiny bars. Also, it appeared the toilet was not firmly attached to the floor. The price was low, so maybe this all should have been expected. But I won't stay here again until the issues are resolved. Lastly, there was a building manager who assisted me with the door lock and helped me find the heater. But I did not have his direct number, only Atlanta.
As they say, “You pay for what you get.”
We were unsatisfied with this property. The outside of the property is unkept and dirty.
Inside the following was cause for concern:
In the bathroom there was no place for hanging our towels to dry, no toilet paper holder. The shower current has been hung from a flimsy expanding rod. The faucet in the sink is wobbly. There was no shampoo, it was empty! Very little soap for three people.
The kitchen area was lacking in any towels to dry dishes with. Very little dish soap.
Most places …and I travel the world staying in places such as this one, provide some basic items, like salt and pepper, coffee, tea, sugar. There was NOTHING in this place!
The sofa can only accommodate two people max, useless for more folks to sit and relax.
The TV was only available by streaming.
The INTERNET DID NOT CONNECT all weekend.
The bedroom floors especially along where the beds are against the wall were filthy with dust.
Good thing we brought along our own pillows as whatever they had was barely enough.
The AC unit in the double bedroom is in a window that is directly facing the bed. My poor friend was almost blown out of bed with the cold air, which was needed as it was so hot and humid.
There is also this rather strange room/hall that is between the main room and bathroom, it has a huge window that looks out over a neighbouring home and the road. It affords no privacy, as there is no curtain.
There is NO washer!
We do not recommend this accommodation, a
Lets just start with saying i never got a key code to get in until i called Vrbo the day of check-in. Most times ive stayed in Vrbo places i have received the code and instruction a day or two before so i reached out to the owner the day before and asked when we would receive. She informed me not until 3pm the day of check-in. Well the day of it was 3pm and still nothing so i reached out twice and no response. I had to call Vrbo a little after 4 and they got ahold of the owner and she finally sent the instructions about an hour after check-in. We then tried to get the internet and watch tvs to work and they would not stream. It would connect but no streaming. The bedroom didnt even have a remote to turn tv on. I reached out to owner the next day and she said no outages so it should be fine. Well nope tv still didnt work and if you tried to use your computer or ipad it wouldnt stream neither. I did look at other reviews and they had said the same thing. Nobresponse back after we mentioned still not working.Lastly if you are a light sleeper the train behind the place will keep you up all night. I didnt see much about a train on the reviews so let me just mention it now. If you have 4 people there you only have a loveseat to sit on or a kitchen table with 4 chairs. I would post pictures i took but they wont upload. It was an overall horrible stay!
