Chasing Vineyards is a brand new spacious, modern condo.

King Bedroom: With a comfortable king bed. Plush bedding is provided with ample storage space. Also, a working desk is available for working or checking emails.

Queen Bedroom: With a comfortable queen bed. Plush bedding is provided and ample closet space is provided.

Twin bedroom: Spacious and comfortable two twin beds, arcade gam.

2 Bathrooms: full bathrooms stocked with essentials and fresh towels.


Essentials: Sheets, Plush towels, shower soaps, toiletries, and starter packs of coffee are provided.

Living Space: A cozy living area with a couch and a reading chair.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals, including a dishwasher and coffee bar.

Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, TV with streaming services (bring your passwords), washer/dryer, and central heating/AC.

Parking: Parking is available in front with no assigned parking.

Rental agreement must be signed 48 hours after the reservation is created to complete the reservation.

This is a first-floor unit with about 15 steps to get downstairs to the condo, but the views will be worth it. Since it’s a first-floor condo, there is a condo above, and next to this one. That means you may have neighbors during your stay. The HOA quiet hours are 11 PM-7 AM.

All guests must be 21+ except children with their parents.

7 person maximum.

There is a Ring doorbell outside the apartment. Please do not touch or cover the camera. We will kindly ask you to leave the property. This is for your protection.

Soaps, Shampoos, toiletries, and starter packs of coffee are provided.

No smoking is allowed. Smoking fines are $250.

Pets are not allowed. There will be a charge of $250 if you do bring a pet.

No parties and we ask you to respect quiet hours.

Our stay was great! Very clean, super comfortable beds, great shades for blacking out rooms, decorated well and they even had nice toilet paper and paper towels! Our teens enjoyed the small golf area and game console. Very accommodating host, we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Great stay!

We had a little trouble unlocking the door, but all our fault. Communication from Blake was outstanding and was such a help. Loved the stay and will book again when in that area. :)
