Duplex Penthouse Flat with private pool, facing the sea, located in the heart of Tambaú Beach, facing the most famous Hotel in the Northeast (Hotel Tambaú), where boats leave for the tours of Picãozinho and Seixas Natural Pools, all furnished with a view of the Tambaú and Manaíra beaches, 24 hour reception., maid service, laser area with swimming pool, restaurant, express laundry and rotating parking with 24 hour security, the best spot in town visited by tourists and one of the main beaches in João Pessoa, on the city's Beira mar avenue, is surrounded by 5 Banks, Handicrafts Market, Tambaú Market, Bakeries, Markets, Bars, Pharmacies, Convenience Stores, Ice Cream Parlors, Night Clubs and Boats to Picãozinho,
Our Flat comfortably accommodates up to 2 people, great for Honeymoon, Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom, Private area with Pool inside the apartment, Queen Bed, Air Conditioning, Wi Fi Internet, Led TV, Electric Stove, Microwave, Minibar, Coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, glasses, plates and cutlery, all to provide a comfortable stay for our guests.
We also provide bed linen and towels.
Housekeeping (maid service) and change of towels and bed linen (to be arranged with the owner).

We do not charge cleaning.
We do not charge energy.
We do not charge a service fee.

Breakfast can be purchased directly at the Flat's restaurant for R $ 15.00 per person.

A orla da praia em frente. A equipe do flat sempre muito prestativa. O apartamento é confortável, com toda a estrutura disponível. O flat é novo, tudo funciona, bem equipado, atende muito bem um casal, que é o nosso caso. Possui duas camas auxiliares podendo acomodar até 4 pessoas, por isso pretendemos voltar com as crianças. A piscina privativa é um luxo, excelente para ficar após uma manhã de praia. Nem mesmo precisamos usar a piscina coletiva. Várias opções de restaurante próximas ao flat, tudo está a alguns passos. O proprietário, Sr Claudio, é muito prestativo e atencioso. Recomendo, com certeza.

Perfeito em todos os aspectos, limpeza, conforto, decoração, localização etc etc etc Proprietário extremamente gentil e atencioso, nos deu indicações maravilhosas a respeito de passeios , praias , restaurantes ..... Nos ligava diariamente para saber se o dia havia sido legal, se precisávamos de alguma coisa. A cada 3 dias limpava nossa piscininha particular localizada em sua cobertura maravilhosa com vistar para o mar, na melhor localização de Tambaú Sem contar que a cada 03 dias nos trazia também roupa de cama e banho limpinha e cheirosa para que efetuássemos as respectivas trocas...!!! Assim como sua cobertura, proprietário e esposa 01 MILHÃOOOO Fico imensamente grata por tudo abraços
