About this property

Welcome to my Luxury Condo with 24/7 security, my home away from home.

Welcome to our Luxury Condo, our home away from home, close to everything in Puerto Limon! We have sought to equip our home to a standard and to anticipate your needs for a luxurious stay. You want to feel relaxed while on vacation. We have made an effort to make the Condo feel like a comfort retreat. We hope you enjoy our piece of paradise.

THE SPACE

Bright with lots of light and a balcony view. Clean and pleasant with new furniture, appliances beds and linens. We have 2 bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the other with a queen size bed. The unit consist of 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room. The place is great for couples and families with children or small business group.

Safe and beautiful

The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was perfect — a full fridge, stove, and oven and most every small appliance you’ll ever need. It was nice to walk into a nice clean home away from home. The condo complex is cleaned and maintained constantly. The full time security guard, key card to access the building, and the secure under-building parking space made us feel 100% secure.

Great, secure location within Limon with useful amenities (dedicated parking spot in garage, pool (very few poolside chairs, in-unit w/d). Clean linens. Nice furniture. Host was responsive. Only downsides: primary bedroom TV remote did not work, hot water takes about10 minutes to warm up, shower pressure in hall bathroom is very low). A brief bilingual welcome book would be helpful for out of town guests re: using remote for A/C control and key card for exit/entry to the building and any suggestions for local restaurants/taxis/beaches. Overall, a great stay!

I would never rent to guest again. They left the apartment filthy and did not follow the house rule. Then rufused to pay the additional requested fee for the disgusting mess that they left behind. If you value your place please avoid people like this.
