Relax in an open, bright, and comfortable house with a heated pool, screened-in lanai, and a dock. This lovely home offers a western exposure so you can enjoy the sun most of the day on the dock and in the pool or relax in a shade by the pool.
This family-friendly home has 4 bedrooms, a den with a sofa bed, 3 baths, You can invite friends and family to join you. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a bath with 2 vanities.
Two guest bedrooms on the first floor each have twin beds the upstairs bedroom has a king bed and it's own bathroom..
This house is decorated and furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. This house is perfect for foodies -- with an open kitchen, perfect for a single or multiple cooks - plenty of room for everyone. Outdoor seating under cover makes for an enjoyable meal time any hour of the day.
There is a large flat-screen television in the family room -- perfect for watching something together. Flat-screen televisions are also available in the den and Master bedrooms.
There is a large dock with plenty of room for chairs so you can enjoy the sun by the water. The best part of this lovely home is that it is not even a half mile to Tigertail Beach access. Beach chairs, towels, and a cooler are provided with the house to help you enjoy your time at the beach.

Great place to spend the week!

We loved spending our time at this house. Walking distance to the beach that was never crowded! Amazing sunsets!! Right on the canal and saw dolphins multiple times right from the lanai/dock. Would definitley stay here again if we return to the area!! Plenty of space to spread out but also come together when we want to!

Property and location was perfect. House was clean, neighborhood was quiet. Was great for our group, everyone had their own bed. Beach not far, but used the pool for the most part. Would definitely recommend and would come back and stay here again!

Lovely, tidy home near Tigertail Beach

Had a wonderful one-week stay at this property. The house is walkable to Tigertail beach (1 block to entrance) and has a great layout. Nice pool overlooking the canal with a "cage" as well. Clean, comfortable and exactly what we were hoping for / anticipating based on the photos / interactions w/ Clausen. Would definitely return to this home in the future!

Great stay but could be improved

This house is a perfect spot! We loved being so close to tigertail beach, having the pool, and being on the canal. The issues we had was finding a few cockroaches in the house, the washer being broken, and the garage door not working. Even with these issues we still had a great time.

Great Place for Friends and Family

wow, just wow! this place was PERFECT!!! we had an 80th birthday party for my mom, who lives in South Seas, just a short walk from here...we hosted about 20 people, and we used the amazing kitchen to do all the cooking, etc...the large open floor plan, plus the huge lanai were great for a group!!! and just steps from Tigertail! we also rented kayaks and launched them from the dock in the backyard. amazing! will be back for sure!!!

Lovely Home Steps From Tigertail Beach!

My husband and I, our son, his wife and 18 month old daughter had a wonderful stay in this lovely home! We had plenty of space with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and multiple gathering spaces not to mention the beautiful outdoor spaces. We walked to the beach daily, swam in the pool daily, cooked all meals at home in the well-equipped kitchen and on the gas grill, ate all meals outdoors. Just wonderful. As others have mentioned, a few palmetto bugs (look like cockroaches) were seen, but we called Clausen and they had a young man out within an hour to spray indoors and out. We would definitely stay again!

Spacious home with lovely view!

This house is lovely to be in, has an incredible view out the main living areas and is in a quiet neighborhood! It is a great beach house for 2 adult couples with guests or older kids. It is difficult to get to the beach with chairs due to the long walk and extensive amount of beach. We ended up driving to the far end of the parking lot on Tigertail Beach and paying the $10 to reduce the walk by half, but we much preferred this natural beach over the others on Marco Island. The pool was great too, but is smaller than what it looks like in the photos. The kitchen could use some new pots and pans and the lack of a shower door in the downstairs master bathroom could be added, but overall the value for rental was great. There are so many pluses that all the above can be dealt with to enjoy yourself here. The Wi-Fi is great too for those who have to do some work during the stay. Wonderful stay!

Girls Trip to Marco Island

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Marco Island. The house was in a great location on the island. Views of the canal were magnificent from several areas inside the home. Pool was refreshing after a day on the beach. Having 6 girls taking showers had to be planned as hot/warm water didnā€™t last long. Two of the girls using the upstairs bedroom had a noise issue with the broken blinds. They moved hitting each other from movement of fan above the bed. A simple fix or replacement of the blinds would correct that. FYI, the glass top to blender was missing. The glass coffee carafe leaks when turned on. Overall, we loved our stay at the home. šŸ˜Š

This property's perk is LOCATION!

Reviews for this property sold me on renting for our vacation. I did not find any of the "concerns" I found mentioned in past reviews. I have never rented a home before. My expectations were high based on reviews and pictures. The house was clean, but some linens and kitchenware were in need of replacement. There were pots, pans, and various cooking utensils that should be replaced. Small appliances need cleaned or replaced. The stove is electric. There were beach towels that were in bad condition. The items in the garage that are there for renters to use, such as chairs, pool toys, and umbrellas, were too dirty or broke. There were 6 bikes, 4 of them were locked up. I would suggest the garage gets cleaned out, as most of the stuff isn't worth using. I make sure I keep everything clean but I couldn't find a mop and had to request one. I got a cheap one that was unless. I think the front door needs to be inspected. The door doesn't close tight and didn't feel secure when it was locked. The location was wonderful for walking to Tigertail Beach. It saved $10 a day by walking a very short distance. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants. I recommend Publix on San Marco. You will be responsible for doing linen laundry before you leave. That was a first for me. You can leave up to two loads dirty. There were bugs, but you are in FL. I didn't call about the bugs. With the few changes I suggested, it would make the house much better. Good for families. I would rent again.

Beautiful home near everything you need

We had an amazing time, the house is beautiful & equipped with just about everything you need. The only issues we had were there were very few washcloths, no dishcloths and the beach stuff needs to be checked over/updated as the umbrellas were broken and floaties had leaks. When we arrived around 4:30p Saturday, the cleaning people were still there and from what we could see they were no where near done. There were 2 cars full of people - kids & adults - hanging around fishing off the bridge or sitting on the lawn when we arrived. Other than that, the house and pool was amazing, we saw a 4 ft shark swimming in the canal our first morning and while at Clam Beach Pass, a dolphin was swimming close to us. Be sure to visit the mango lady on the corner, her mangoes are delicious and she's quite a character. Marco Island isn't very visitor friendly, meaning if you're not staying close to or directly on the beach you're paying up to $20 a day for public beach access parking and no restroom facilities on the beach. Tigertail Beach is beautiful but a very long trek to get to it. We found Clam Beach Pass in Naples to be the best beach with trolleys picking you up in the parking lot and restroom facilities close to the beach.

Family vacation

Our group of 9 started a week at the house and throughly enjoyed it. There was plenty of space for all the kids and adults. Kids caught catfish of the dock and enjoyed the pool. Short walk to the beach was very convenient. We highly recommend this house and look to staying in it again in the future.

We had a great time at Marco Island! We could walk to the entrance to Tigertrail beach. My granddaughter had a blast playing in the sand with the beach toys provided and adults loved the beach chairs!

Waterside Respite

This was our destination on our first air travel since COVID 19. The house is just beautiful allocated at a turn in the waterway that provide a beautiful view and amazing sunsets. The house was everything we had hoped for with two master bedrooms to accommodate our needs. The pool and lanai are beautiful. When we werenā€™t out doing activities we spent much of our time here. I hope to come back again.
