Welcome to Villa Chiara, a beautifully remodeled, fully furnished Mediterranean Home situated on a single-level parcel just over 1/3 of an acre in a quiet east-side location. Soft natural light filters through oversized windows and sliding glass doors with multiple access to the fenced-in exterior gardens, side decks, and patios. The main house includes open beam vaulted ceilings with a spacious, open floor plan. The primary bedroom suite is inviting with a California king bed and bathroom with two sinks, shower and a walk-in closet. Two additional guest bedrooms share a bathroom with access to the pool. The chef's kitchen provides top-of-the-line appliances to enhance every meal and opens to the great room with a home entertainment system and is adjacent to an open dining room which accommodates 6 place settings. Additional amenities include a billiard room with a seating area and fireplace. Spend afternoons by the sparkling pool/spa or lounge on the raised deck under the covered Pergola. Ideal for entertaining guests & dining by the pool. Enjoy evenings by the firepit or adjacent hot tub while gazing at the stars. The manicured lush gardens are complete with w/a variety of roses & fruit trees surrounded by mature trees. Please contact for availability.
