Os únicos dois pontos que deixaram a desejar: Primeiro, foi o estacionamento, que é em outro local, no prédio na rua ao lado, seria bem legal que a proprietária mencionasse isso no anúncio. Pegamos o carro e entramos no térreo para carregar e descarregar as malas, porém não tem cobertura, então com chuva a gente se molha toda. Segunda, a limpeza deixou a desejar, muito móveis velhos e com cheiro de mofo, no terceiro dormitório reversível é impossível de se dormir, muitas coisas velhas, baldes, panelas. Tive sorte que alguns familiares desistiram de ir. Tirando isso, tudo foi muito bom, os funcionários do prédio muito prestativos, a comunicação fácil com a proprietária, a flexibilidade nos horários, a localização muito boa e uma vista muito boa também.

Realmente uma pena que meu apartamento não atingiu suas expectativas! Obrigada pela dica de escrever sobre minha garagem no anúncio! Os prédios localizados de frente para a praia de Pitangueiras são antigos e não possuem vagas de garagens para todos os apartamentos. Acredito que se não estivesse chovendo, isso não teria sido um incômodo, pois a vaga fica bem pertinho, uns 3 mins de caminhada. Quanto a limpeza, trocamos a faxineira, pois isso realmente não pode acontecer e fiquei bem chateada! Foi a primeira vez que recebi uma queixa nesse sentido! De qualquer forma, muito obrigada pela avaliação! Quem sabe em uma nova oportunidade consigo tirar essa impressão!

Dona Viviane super atenciosa, atendeu nosso pedido de check in e check out com muita flexibilidade, ficamos muito felizes e satisfeitos, pois como temos comércio é o período que tiramos para descansar, tivemos um imprevisto com o chuveiro que foi prontamente solucionado e não nos causou nenhum transtorno, eletrodomésticos e utensílios de cozinha em ótimo estado, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Localização ótima, próxima de tudo, não usamos o carro nenhum dia!
