All furnishings and decor are new and comfortable with a coastal vibe.

Downstairs-Has another comfortable family/recreation/game room, bathroom and laundry room combo, and 2 more large bedrooms including built in bunk beds (2 full, 2 twins) and a double bunk (2 full).

Water-There is a mooring for your boat, we are close to local marinas. We have a floating lilypad, kayaks and life vests (which must be worn by anyone using the kayaks). There is a decent amount of boat traffic that kayakers must be aware of for safety purposes.

Outside-there is a comfortable screened in deck, open air deck, gas grill, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor shower, all with amazing views of the water.

Surrounding Area-We are close to marinas, public boat ramps, restaurants, shops, and I-95 we are tucked away on a quiet street in a tranquil neighborhood but are close to all the modern amenities/ conveniences.
