Very comfortable house 200 meters from the beach of Maranduba in privileged location, The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms being 1 of them suite, large living room and kitchen with all items for your comfort.
We have accommodation for 12 people (can accommodate up to 13 or 14 people as we have extra mattresses). between beds and bunk beds and a large sofa with 8 seats. We have barbecue with refrigerator, ceiling fan in every room and in the living room.

Casa muito boa, cozinha com todos utensílios. A localização é ótima, muito perto da praia de maranduba. Apé deve dar uns 2 minutos. O Sr Cales (Pai) que nos recebe na casa é muito atencioso e auxilia em que precisamos. O Cales (filho) é muito prestativo e tira todas dúvidas. Voltarei assim que tiver uma nova oportunidade!

Vou muito pra Ubatuba, e é a primeira vez que fico na "casa amarela". Ótima casa, limpa, super conservada. Completa com todos os utensilios. Um ponto de destaque é a segurança: grades altas, cerca elétrica e alarme. O wifi é um diferencial legal! Nem 5 minutos a pé pra chegar na Maranduba. Recomendo a todos os amigos do AlugueTemporada!

Casa muito confortável, limpa,espaçosa, e segura! Dá pra ir andando até a praia, e além de todo que a casa oferece as geladeiras são ótimas, com muito espaço. Fui em 16 pessoas a casa acomoda tranquilamente todos, o atendimento dos donos foi excelente, o tempo todo tínhamos alguém por perto pra resolver qualquer problema. A localização é ótima, fica perto de tudo. Só tenho a agradecer. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes.
