We had a great time enjoying socially-distanced relaxation. It was so nice to see the animals and be away from it all.
Great family vacation
We loved every second of our stay. The house is so charming, comfortable and clean. We had a great time enjoying our kids playing with the lovely animals. And Pamela is the sweetest host we could ever have. We had such a great time interacting with her. She made us feel home. We highly recommend this place and we want to be back!
My wife and I were in town to celebrate our 21st anniversary. Pam was an excellent host. The cookies were delicious. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
Great views and relaxing location. We enjoyed the stay, would recommend highly
The whole property is absolutely gorgeous. Peaceful and relaxing. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back! Thank you for everything!
Spinning H Guesthouse is conveniently located minutes from downtown Fredericksburg in one direction and Kerville in the other direction. The property used to be a part of the historic Morris Ranch. Less than two minutes down the road is the ghost town that remains.
About Pam Hinton
My name is Pam. My husband Byron and I are the owners of Spinning H Guesthouse. I am from East Texas and Byron is from South Texas. We met in Austin at UT. We have two grown children. We have lived in beautiful Fredericksburg since 2002 and have absolutely loved every minute of it! I am an animal lover and one of my many hobbies is competing in reining horse competitions. In the completion, one of the maneuvers is called a spin. My husband loves cycling. Thus the name Spinning H.
Pam Hinton purchased this Chateau / Country House in 2003
Why Pam Hinton chose Fredericksburg
This property is located on what used to be called Morris Ranch. Morris Ranch has a rich history of horse racing. It is now considered a ghost town. There is a book you will find in the house that tells all about the town's history.
What makes this Chateau / Country House unique
Spinning H guesthouse will steal your heart with its charm and cozy atmosphere, not to mention all the furry and feathered inhabitants. Come and relax in the beautiful Texas Hill Country on a real working farm. Taco will be waiting for you!
