We had a great stay. It was a beautiful setting and felt like home. Didn’t see any bugs so that was a win win for us. Owners were nice and even let us check in early. I’d recommend this one! Great job and thank you!

we stayed for 4 nights and got there expecting a place in peace , however when we got there, it is right on the main highway, your hear the traffic, they also do not mention on the ad that one neighbor has dogs that literally barked all night, the other neighbors place was a junk pile and dirty. i counted about 8 very soft spots in the floor that felt like they where about to fall through, one bathroom had no door, the other bathroom door didn’t close, the clothes dryer took 5 cycles before the clothes dried and smelt like a gas leak, severe headache after using dryer, two nights had no hot water, three dead mice on traps in cabinets, they are trying to charge a cleaning fee for a few crumbs of paper on one bed, when i asked, don’t you clean the sheets after every guest, she avoiding the question and said that’s not the point, so to me that was an admission she doesn’t wash the sheets after every guest. one night our daughters where on the front porch and someone started listening and watching them on the ring camera (yes i am sure, we have a ring and no exactly what they do when watching and listening). very misleading, definitely doesn’t live up to their ad or to VRBO standards!

This lady has no regards to for what she did. She trashed the house and got mad whenever I send her a Cleaning bill and damages she did to decorations. Things were ripped off the wall and trash was thrown all over the house. I've spent six hours cleaning the house after they left. It was ridiculous! I wash the sheets and the comforter! Every time people leave!

The cabin was very cozy overall and the super soft beds made for a great nights sleep every night! The water pressure in the shower was kind of low, but we made it work. There is a building with stuff out front right next door, but we didn’t have any issues and had a relatively quiet stay. The cabin was clean, had extra blankets and towels if needed, and an adorable coffee bar! Would definitely stay again!

Great Place to Spend Time w Friends

Girls weekend and we enjoyed this place very much! Close to town and not far from Springfield! We did use and enjoy the deck and outside area. Looking forward to staying again soon!

House was as described. Older place located about 3 miles out in the country with a nice back deck. House was clean and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay with kids. Not the fanciest, but priced fair.

Poorly maintained. No water for a day and a half. Washing machine leakwd water all over floor. Dryer didn't work!

I can't help but whenever a well pump goes out on a shared well on a Sunday. I gave you water and told you if you needed anything, please let us know. Water was back on the next day had a new pump in the well as soon as possible. If people don't tell me something's not working. I can't fix it thank you!

We were traveling for a wedding. We had a great time. The property is beautiful. The check-in process was so smooth. Toni was so easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!! We even visited the AmVets two driveways down and met some great people we will never forget, had great food and a very good time!!

If I could rate it zero stars, I would. I have never had such a horrible experience before. Upon arrival, I was already hesitant due to the junk next door (directly next to the driveway) and the nonstop barking dogs. Tried to brush it off. Went into the home immediately hit with the smell of mold trying to be covered by an enormous amount of air freshener. Upon walkthrough, I and my friend almost fell through the living room floor. It was rotted and falling in. I contacted the host and asked if they were aware of the living room floor. I was met with a hostile reply of something along the lines of the floor is fine if you don't like it stay somewhere else. I then replied and asked for them to contact me as the floor was not fine. The host then told me she has video of me jumping on the rotted floor. I was not jumping and have video and photo proof of everything I claimed. I contacted customer service and the host had to refund me after fighting me on it and it getting escalated to the care team. She ruined my birtbday weekend by lying and threatening me. Not only is the host unprofessional and rude, the house is unsafe. Highly recommend avoiding this home and host.

My overall experience was great. My sister & I stayed for a week for a religious getaway. We had great communication with the owner. We had beautiful scenery, quiet privacy, and quick access to town when we wanted to buy groceries or go to a restaurant. By the way, I can recommend Enrique's Mexican Restaurant in Stockton, if you're like me and can't go a week without your Mexican food fix!We were both facing serious health conditions, so we chose this location because it was equally accessible to both my home and hers, so that if we had a medical emergency, we could get back to our individual doctors and homes easily. I would change a couple of things, like more lighting in the living room, a more comfortable couch and a disability-friendly toilet. But overall, we were quite happy, comfortable and satisfied with our stay. I would definitely recommend this rental for quiet, family-friendly visits.
