The apartment comprises two distinct areas. The primary bedroom is furnished with both a double bed and a single bed, a dedicated workstation complete with a leather executive chair, and a 40-inch Smart TV featuring cutting-edge QLED technology, preloaded with a suite of streaming applications for immediate use.

As an additional living space, the lounge area offers a plush, highly comfortable sofa that may also serve as an auxiliary sleeping arrangement if needed, a dining table accommodating up to three or maybe four guests, and a kitchen equipped with essential cooking and dining necessities. The bedroom also grants access to a private balcony with a view overlooking the main avenue.

Furthermore, the unit includes one full bathroom equipped with a hot-water shower, as well as a half bathroom (which does not include hot water). The laundry facilities are located on the ground floor and feature an automatic washer and dryer, accessible for a fee of 10,000 pesos per usage cycle.

The site includes parking for bikes and/or motorcycles. You will also find a mini market at the entrance of the building and many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and shopping malls just a few blocks away from the site.

Notice that I have car parking but it's a little small, so please text me before booking if you are planning to bring a car. The recommendation for you is not to bring a big car.

In addition, to go to the garage and park you will need to go down a vehicle lift and under no circumstances are we responsible for any damage that the vehicle suffers when going down the descent platform. The recommendation is not to bring a vehicle.
