Shooting Star Farm, Araçoiaba da Serra

A beautiful farm with 250 meters of built area, house surrounded by balconies and hammocks to enjoy a beautiful view; with 3 bedrooms one suite with a double bed and a bunk bed, the other with double bed and bunk bed and the third bedroom contains a single bed, wardrobe and a bunk bed, all rooms equipped with ceiling fan and one more social bathroom. American kitchen with all utensils and a large living room with TV, DVD and cable TV with 2 ceiling fans, fully equipped house for the welfare of the guest. Outside area contains a large pool 10 meters long by 4 meters wide with chromotherapy lights and waterfall. Hydromassage with capacity for 6 people, barbecue with a toilet, soccer field and an orchard in the back of a total area of 1200 m². All walled house with garage for up to 6 cars. Quiet and very safe place.

Chegamos com facilidade na chácara com as orientações fornecida pela proprietária. Local seguro, bonito e confortável. Foi um final de semana de muito sol, eu e minha família aproveitamos demais. Lugar limpo, exatamente como nas fotos. Aproveitamos muito a piscina, o campo e a churrasqueira, e tbm o carnaval de rua na cidade de Araçoiaba. Só os colchões que poderiam estar em melhor estado.

A chácara Estrela Cadente é sensacional!! Tudo muito limpo e organizado, super equipada, aconchegante, tem uma piscina deliciosa e hidromassagem para relaxar, ótimo espaço para churrasco e campo de futebol. A área de lazer é toda integrada, o que adoramos! Aproveitamos muito!! Recomendo!!!

Local bacana para relaxar com a família e amigos

Limpeza da casa muito boa. Cozinha com utensílios. Chuveiros estavam com problema de vazão, mas entendo que seja algo temporário. Piscina e hidromassagem bacanas para relaxar, com bom tamanho. Área da churrasqueira mto bem organizada. Área externa com bastantes cadeiras para curtir. Área toda murada, o que é bom para quem leva cachorros (porém vimos uma cobra no local, algo normal para uma área rural, mas sugiro manter a atenção com os pets). Há um gramado para futebol/vôlei, bem conservado e com a grama toda cortadinha. Na garagem cabem 4 carros médios. Check-in facilitado, com todas as instruções do proprietário via mensagens. Área rural bem tranquila, os terrenos ao lado são loteamentos vazios. O acesso é por estrada de terra, mas é bem conservada. O mercado mais próximo fica a 3km. Proprietária muito disponível e atenciosa.

Casa muito bem equipada, cuidada e distribuida!

Fui com meu noivo para que pudéssemos descansar durante o final de semana em meio a pandemia e a casa superou todas as nossas expectativas. De forma geral, a casa estava extremamente limpa, todos os cômodos (internos e externos) são muito bem distribuídos e decorados o que faz você se sentir ainda mais confortável. Dois pontos de atenção são os caseiros e os muros não tão altos da casa. Como a casa fica no interior em torno de uma natureza de tirar o fôlego, claro que é normal escutar e ver alguns animais (inclusive vimos macaquinhos, a coisa mais linda), ficamos muito receosos na segunda noite com os barulhos no em torno da casa, o que nos preocupou bastante com a questão da segurança, já que os caseiros não moram dentro da casa, mesmo sabendo é claro que poderia ser dos animais. Enfim, a casa é impecável, a vista é DESLUMBRANTE (gastei a maior parte do fds apreciando ela), a piscina é grande e da pra aproveitar bastante todos os cantos da casa, independente do tempo que fizer. A Cláudia (proprietária) se mostrou desde o começo muito solicita e prestativa nas conversar e em tirar todas as nossas dúvidas. Foi um fds maravilhoso! E pra quem gosta de uma bela vista e natureza, com certeza vale a pena conhecer Chácara Estrela Cadente.
