Sibling Reunion

The property was excellent for our purposes. The backyard, though not completely enclosed, was great for our dog. My wife and I plus two of her sisters found the house to be a perfect set-up. Three bedrooms with bathrooms for each and a half-bath by the back door made it very convenient. The recommendations for food and entertainment came in useful. The short hikes in Joshua Tree were beautiful. Having Roku on both TV's was nice. The spa that was added since our previous stay was great. (The photo of the old spa should probably be removed from the VRBO page.) We also enjoyed pre-dinner appetizers and drinks on the roof deck in lovely weather. Notably, the deck was much improved since our last visit. We will likely stay here again in the future.

Great Mid-century modern desert getaway

So happy to have found this place on the fly. It surpassed our expectations. It is a mid-century modern home (as in the pics) so there are a little nuances but there are also many upgrades to bring it into modern times. The spa tub that was indoors was removed and a new hot tub is outdoors so you can star gaze after hiking or a day of shopping. The beds were so comfortable. Had some issues getting a good temperature. Loved the large yard but wish it was fully fenced in.
