Lovely New Cottage on Horse Farm

About this space
Come enjoy Aiken on our horse farm. You will have your own one bedroom cottage with stainless steal kitchen with granite; your own private screened in porch; gorgeous bathroom with large shower (rimless glass) and walk in closet, laundry room off bedrm. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room for guests. We have a beautiful swimming pool that you would have access to, and patio with grill. No pets.

You have access to everything on our 9 acre property. We have a lovely patio with grill for your use and you will access to our new pool.
Other things to note
If you have horses we have 2 paddocks each with a large stall (10 x 20) and same sized attached run in, and hay/feed/tack shed. Ask about pricing.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
