Ana was a great host. The property is even more beautiful in person, many things to do, from the pool to the game room and relaxing vibes, you could really spend a whole vacation here!! Great communication, the house had everything we needed and you can tell it’s maintained with love.

Amazing Stay!!

The pictures of this house do not do it justice!! It was so gorgeous and spacious. We had a group of 18 girls for a bachelorette party and all fit comfortably. Ana was very responsive and attentive. She did speak primarily Spanish which made it slightly difficult, but we just used good translate and everything was fine. Everyone loved the house and the location was just 20-25 minutes max to the bars in Tampa. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend working with Ana! :)

1/5 — Read This Before You BookI ordered a porta potty for my daughter's college graduation party because every single toilet in this "large party ready" rental failed — and the owner blamed us for using toilet paper. We rented this home because it was advertised for large parties. Aesthetically, it delivered. That is where the positives end.On the day of the event, all four toilets became completely unusable. When we contacted the owner, we were told the problem was caused by guests flushing toilet paper. Let that sink in — standard toilet paper. Nothing in the listing, the welcome materials, or anywhere on the property warned us that the plumbing couldn't handle normal use. What followed ruined the afternoon. I dealt with three separate contractors, arranged an emergency porta potty for guests, and spent my daughter's graduation party making signs telling people to throw their toilet paper in the trash. No one should have to do that at a family celebration they paid good money for.VRBO was no help either. If you are thinking about booking this home for any kind of event, don't. The plumbing cannot handle a crowd, the owner never disclosed it, and no one took responsibility when it all fell apart.

Greetings, We are very sorry about what happened with the bathrooms. However, the welcome message clearly stated that toilet paper should not be flushed down the toilets. As soon as we were informed of the issue, we immediately sent personnel to address the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible. I ultimately had to pay $800 for these services because you did not take responsibility for the damage. In addition, you rented a portable toilet without my consent and placed it in front of our neighbors’ property. In the end, it was not even used because we were able to resolve the issue in time. It is also important to note that we were never informed that there would be more than 50 people at the house. Despite this, we still did our best to provide you with the highest level of service possible. Our villa has hosted many large events, including weddings, birthday parties, and baptisms, and we have never experienced such an unfortunate situation before. Kind regards,

We have rented multiple homes for vacation over the years and this one by far has been the best. Five star all the way from the gorgeous pool to the games in the yard, the game room, the outside seating areas, and the extra towels. Everything was top notch. We will definitely be renting this house again.
