The condo was very comfortable & clean. It had everything we needed. The views are stunning & the sounds of the waves are incrediblely relaxing. The host provided detailed information on checking in & guidelines for our stay. Quick to respond to questions.

Great location, nice beach front condo

We had a wonderful stay at this beach front condo in Truro. Everything was as described and it was nice being right on the Bay. Head of the Meadow Beach is just a short ride over to the Atlantic side of Truro, it's a gorgeous beach. The bed was comfy and the views were spectacular. It should be noted that the raised beach area between the private deck and actual beach was used by a variety of people.

Absolutely amazing

Enjoyed our return stay and we can’t wait to book for next summer. Jean is such a lovely host - the property is exactly as advertised and you just can’t beat the central location. The free round trip shuttle to Provincetown picks up right outside the cottage. Perfect sunsets from the back porch. Many thanks!!!

This property gets all 10 star reviews and yet it’s still exceeded our expectations. Wonderful, super responsive host. The condo itself is meticulous and had everything we could need, and the deck is spacious and right on the beach. Best spot on the Cape!

Klein aber fein

Wir kamen zwar bei strömenden Regen an, haben die Tür zum Apartment geöffnet und unsere Stimming stieg sofort. So viel Gemütlichkeit auf kleinem Raum mit Fenstern rundum, von denen man aufs Meer schauen kann und die Lichter von Provincetown sieht. Die Einrichtung ist mir sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und geschmackvoll. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. So viel Stauraum ob im kleinen Bad oder im Schlafzimmer ist unwahrscheinlich. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und wenn man die Jalousien nicht schließt kann man vom Bett aus die Lichtet von Provincetown sehen. Am nächsten Tag schien die Sonne und wir bewunderten die große Terrasse, sie liegt direkt. oberhalb des Strands. mit Blick über den langen Sandstrand , über den wir bis nach Provincetown (1h)gelaufen sind sowie viele weitere Wanderungen. Morgens auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken oder abends die verschiedenen Farben des Sonnenuntergangs zu beobachten ist ein Traum.Mit unserer Vermieterin standen wir im sehr netten Email Kontakt . Sie schrieb uns, dass wir sogar frühzeitig in die Wohnung konnten. Emails wurden immer umgehend beantwortet. Im Appartement lagen gute Restauranttipps und Informationen zusammengestellt von der Vermieterin bereit. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl.Ein kleiner Tipp für Gäste, es ist eine Keurig Kapselmaschine. Die Kapseln bekommt man im Supermarkt vor Ort. Wir haben auf Cape Code bevor wir nach Truro kamen bei Trader Joe eingekauft. Um einiges günstiger als der Supermarkt In P.T. mit großer Weinabteilung.

Perfect for a couples getaway

My husband and I stayed off season in October and the location and view was amazing. Owners were super easy to communicate with and we are already looking forward to going back.

quick cape trip

Great Location, very clean and outside Deck and water are amazing. Sunsets over Providence Town and close to all the National Seashore beaches! Would recommend for 2-3 people to stay.

Perfect summer getaway

This is a beautiful property; well-appointed with all the things you need to make vacation living easy, such as kitchen supplies (we've often had to supplement with our own in other places), beach chairs and umbrella, etc. The owner was fantastic to communicate with; prompt and helpful. Location is perfect with a sunset view of Provincetown.

Very good in some ways…

Swimming in the bay and proximity to Provincetown were wonderful. Apartment was beautifully decorated. Owner was easy to communicate with and helpful. On the downside, entrance to the apartment was initially difficult. The combination lock is old and tricky and took many tries to work- there was supposed to be a spare key in a box below the stairs but there was no box and no spare key. First night was very difficult. There is a tv in the adjoining apartment on the other side of the wall where the head of our bed lay- it was on until well past midnight. The ceiling fan in that room needs a quick repair/ it has a repetitive mechanical noise that is grating. Management could not do anything about it . Owner offered to drive up and bring a new fan but at that point we just didn’t use the fan. I was not aware that 4 apartments were sharing space and one neighbor was rather loud. Many neighbors share the outer deck so privacy was a bit of an issue.

Beach Point

This was our second time staying here. We love the proximity to the beach plus our daughter and family are right next door. I do wish that we were given first right of refusal for next year because when I went to reserve, it wasn’t available.

Another great stay

This was our second time staying at Sutton Place. The unit is small but comfortable for 2 people. The private deck overlooking the bay is what makes this property worth renting. Jean, the owner, is friendly and communicative. The unit is fully stocked with just about everything you’ll need for your stay. 10/10, would recommend.

Everything we dreamed of and more!

Perfect location, perfect size, perfect week at this cottage. Jean was a joy to work with and the cottage was exactly as listed, exceeding our expectations. A short drive to P-Town, food, beaches and sightseeing. Private beach was quiet and relaxing, we spent most mornings collecting shells and rocks and chilling on the deck. We look forward to returning!!!

Great Stay and Location

Great place that is right on the beach. Location was perfect with a 10 minute drive to Provincetown. Only downside was bedding could have been more comfortable but nothing that would stop us from returning or recommending the VRBO. Jean was very nice and we even got to arrive a little early. Overall, great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone looking.

Beach getaway

We came to the area not sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised with what we found. Quiet area with friendly neighbors. A short drive into Provincetown to enjoy the sites and businesses. There is a lot to do or just relax on the patio or put your toes in the sand. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get up to the Cape!

Dream beach trip

My husband, 6 year old daughter and I just returned from this condo and I honestly can't wait to go back someday. The space was ideal for the 3 of us and the location is incredible- to be able to spend time on the beach as we pleased without having to pack up and drive anywhere for the day was a total dream. My daughter loved playing in the sand right off the deck and it felt safe and quiet in the area; we also loved seeing all of the dogs going for their daily walks on the beach. Very close to Ptown and suited our needs perfectly. Jean is an amazing host, very communicative and helpful. Looking forward to our next stay!!

Amazing location, comfy cottage!

Had a perfect stay on the Outer Cape in this cute little place. You can't beat the location right on the bay with a private deck and a couple of sandy steps to the water. It was easy driving to Provincetown and the Atlantic side of the the Cape. And we always breathe a sigh of relief when arrive at a vacation rental to find a comfortable bed, great shower, and an easy-to-use kitchen. We will definitely look forward to staying here again.

Each time we came upon the dunes at Pilgrim Lake, we were in awe of the natural beauty and serenity of this part of the Cape. We searched for several years for the perfect place! It was a unanimous vote that this was it!!! It is our piece of heaven and we are so excited to share it with others!

There is not better location on the Cape - Provincetown is moments away by car, shuttle or bike - you can even kayak there from the house or walk on a good day. The private, quiet, peaceful atmosphere is such a perfect end to a Provincetown day of adventure.
