We had a great stay! The location was perfect—centrally located and within easy walking distance of the stadiums, bars, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do downtown. The space was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It made exploring the city incredibly easy. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was absolutely perfect! Great location, close to plenty of restaurants, bars, entertainment and stadiums! Everything you would need in walking distance. The place itself had the best bed I’ve ever slept in. Brandon was a fantastic host. 10/10 for sure. Will stay again!!

This penthouse condo is fantastic! Incredibly comfortable, incredibly well laid out with a technologically savvy set up!! Every detail is perfect from the Keurig pods, the toiletry basket, to the water that’s available.The blackout shades in the bedroom are perfect. The bed is incredibly comfortable. We were able to find parking right out front. It is walkable to the Theater district and several wonderful restaurants. The communication with the property manager was flawless. He was incredibly receptive and very accommodating. It is an incredible place to stay. We will definitely be back!!

Property was clean and as advertised. Parking on Friday was a bit messy and the times for street parking weren’t super clear but that’s not the fault of the property.One odd thing was the amount of food already in the fridge and pantry. It wasn’t clear if this was left over from other stays and available for us to use or if it was the owners so we ended up not touching any of it. Overall, great stay but could’ve used some more details about the property

This penthouse apartment was absolutely beautiful! Everything was very clean and looked practically new. We do not VRBO much so the check-in instructions were not easy to find, but that was not on Brandon. Also, the apartment is on the fourth floor, and there is no elevator. Just a heads up. The location was fabulous and we were able to walk to just about everywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again if we go to Cincinnati.

A lot bigger than expected, great lighting and amenities including food, wine, water, extension cords, etc… The bed was very comfortable even the couch and pillows. To me the meter parking in front of the building was great and worked for me and the bonus was the exquisite restaurant downstairs with great tasting food and even a live DJ for our Valentines experience

Perfect spot in the middle of the city

This is a great spot right in the middle of downtown Cincinnati. Super easy to walk to both football and baseball. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The loft is really clean and spacious. We loved staying here

Gorgeous place!

I was very impressed with this place. It’s both well-maintained and pretty private, along with being easily accessible to parts of downtown. We only stayed the night, but it was incredibly comfortable and more than we were expecting. Brandon was super friendly and very helpful if we had any questions. If this is a place you’re thinking about booking, I highly recommend it.!

Billie Eilish concert stay

We brought our teenage daughter and her friend for the Billie Eilish concert. This was more affordable than most of the downtown hotels and so much nicer and more comfortable. Beautiful apartment that was very clean along with being stocked with things you may need!

We had a wonderful stay over the Flying Pig Marathon weekend. The property is in a very convenient location, parking on street was generally available, and there are plenty of dining/retail options within walking distance. For the runners, super easy to get to the start in the morning. The property was well equipped with anything you need. Extra towels, blankets, etc. Kitchen essentials as well. It was clean and well maintained. Lot of nice lighting. Big windows for natural light. For awareness...the unit is on the 4th floor, and there is no elevator. 1.5 baths, full bathroom connected to the bedroom and very nice with double sink and glass enclosed shower. (no tub). Bed and bedroom very comfortable.Suggestions for improvement - Upgrade the TV or ensure the Apple TV is in working order. The remote appeared not to be recharged and so the Apple TV did not work. The TV is outdated and the way it was set up there were about 8 streaming channels available. Never hurts to connect a DTV antenna for local channels. The sofa was OK - the space could use a larger sofa - definitely has room and would make the seating more comfortable.

401 Court

We truly enjoyed our stay. The photos did not do it justice. The property was very clean and spacious. The property was close to everything we wanted to do/visit. We were able to walk to Findlay Market and a Reds game. My wife loves to swim. There is a YMCA just a few blocks away. There is a grocery store a block away with a parking garage about it which we used. We did have issues with the initial code to enter the property. Brandon called us as quickly as possible with a back-up code. No other issues. We highly recommend this property and have decided to use this property when we visit our daughter again in the future.
