This listing is for two studios in a luxury Palermo Hollywood building that used to function as a top-rated boutique hotel. You'll get two separate studio condo units, each with a king bed (that can be split into two twins) and full bathroom. This is the perfect setup for traveling with friends or family, as you'll be close but have your privacy and independence. The two units are next to each other on the same floor and you can go between the two via the hallway.

Each studio features the following amenities:
• A comfortable king bed that can be split into two twins if desired
• Full bath. Towels and linens are provided
• 32-inch TV with complimentary streaming services
• Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric range, pots, pans, plates and utensils
• Complimentary WiFi and wired internet access
• International phone with free calls to most cities in the world
• Intercom between the studios
• Built-in cabinets with lots of storage space

• Lovely and wide French balcony

Our stay at Palermo Palace was excellent and definitely contributed to our favorable experience with Buenos Aires! The quarters were great and met all our needs. The prices were certainly reasonable. Andy, the manager, was friendly, professional and overall just excellent by providing constant communications, helpful tips and being super accommodating with regard to any of our requests. Would highly recommend!

Perfect apartment in Palermo Hollywood!!

We came to Buenos Aires from the US to bring our son for a semester abroad . Andy was very helpful accommodating all our needs…. Early check in, tips on exchanging currency, navigating the city and places to eat. We rented two apartments next to each other. One for our two kids 18 and 16 and one for my husband and me. The apartments were clean and well equipped. We loved the neighborhood and found our apartment to be in a great location with many restaurants and bars walking distance. I would highly recommend staying in one of Andy’s properties. He was always available if we had questions! Having a home base in Palermo made our family trip smooth and we would stay here again!!

I enjoyed my stay at The Studios. The room is large, the bed comfy, the shower works well. The kitchen is well stocked. You are greeted with goodies like fruit, chocolate and wine. There's plenty of information about BA, even a SUBE (subway) card. Andy was very helpful.

Great location, very clean, staff was wonderful, would stay there again.

We rented two of the studio units which were side by side. The mosquitos were horrendous and were bitten several times between the taxi and the hotel. There are no screen doors so could not leave our sliding door open. One of the doors would not shut all the way. The hotel did not have a large amount of towels and very few hand or face towels. One room did not have a coffee maker and when replaced did not work. There was coffee in the lobby which was excellent. We were a little confused after talking to a guest who was leaving wherein the guest stated he had been given free taxi rides to and from the hotel and two vouchers a day for nearby restaurants. We received none of that. We enjoyed having our coffee on the roof at tables there. Beautiful view. The bbq is not gas and requires you finding charcoal and lighter from somewhere so we had to change our plans to use it. We loved the location and could walk to subway, buses, ice cream shops, little fruit stands, small grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Very safe neighborhood and a beautiful place.

Lorraine, thanks for staying with us and we're glad that you had a good time at our studios. The location is indeed perfect for exploring the city as you're very central to everything and also have a lot of shops and restaurants in walking distance. We're sorry to hear that you were surprised by some of the cultural differences when visiting Argentina. BBQ grills are never gas here! An Argentine asador (BBQ chef) would freak over using gas rather than coal. (The local markets all have charcoal for sale.) Sorry about the mosquitos; that weekend there was a rare weather phenomenon that brought an unusual lot to Buenos Aires. It was on the news and very rarely happens, which is probably why screens are pretty much non-existent here. I'm not aware of any of the doors not closing or coffee maker not working, but I'll get that checked to make sure. We include extra towels (from our normal 1 bath + 1 hand per person), linens and cleaning in our regular price for guests staying a week or more, but those staying for shorter periods can also have them at a small additional cost, as explained in our information package. As we state in our listing, these are our personal condo units that we rent inside a boutique hotel. We are not part of the hotel operations, and our rates are considerably lower. The guest you spoke to paid the much higher hotel rate and received the hotel amenities you mentioned. I'm pretty sure you came out ahead with the deal! Thanks again.

Great place!!

We stayed here nine nights and it was fantastic from when we entered the lobby! The staff was exceptionally friendly, spoke excellent English, and helped us with lots of information about what to do. We even attended a tango class at Tango La Confeteria Ideal, a place with soul! We couldn't have found this on our own. We also did a day trip by bus to San Antonio de Areca, a quaint gaucho town from the 1800s. The hotel location was great with easy access to other parts of BA. The rooms were large and had great cooking amenities. The area is very safe and a few short blocks from Fitz Roy street that has lots of restaurants. I will stay here again next time. Highly recommended!!

Nice place in Palermo

Had a great stay at The Studios of Palermo Hollywood over New Year's weekend. Accommodations were very nice. Six blocks to the nearest metro station. Grocery store also within walking distance. We used the kitchenette for breakfast and some evening meals. Would have liked to have dish soap and towels for clean-up. Enjoyed having access to the hotel amenities. Watched the fireworks from the roof top deck. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Owner/manager was quick to respond to any communication. Would stay here again.
