Fantastic private home !!
We had a great time place was clean in a quiet neighborhood with a very nice rear deck. The location was convenient to many things local restaurants Hyannis and golf.
Nice house away from the hustle and bustle in secluded area...
House was clean, well-appointed, charming, located down several lefts-and-rights in nice neighborhood. Very comfortable and owner was prompt to respond when needed. We stayed 3 nights and aside from one issue the stay was terrific. There was a problem with the hot water heater and we had only cold water during our stay. The plumber was coming in to fix the problem the day we left. My only negative comment would be that I am suprised we were not refunded a portion of our (over $1,000 ) rental feeto compensate for the lack of hot water during our stay.
Thank you, Leslie, for your comments. My regrets for your inconvenience regarding the loss of hot water. The plumber was available immediately upon notification to restart the new hot water heater following this unusual one time occurrence. However, I was not comfortable allowing access to the house without your approval and the next opportunity was the day of your departure. I am committed to providing every guest with a fair value for every stay and am available anytime to discuss the value of your stay. I am pleased that you otherwise enjoyed your visit and welcome your return.
Cozy, charming and well equipped house in Barnstable Village
We - a family of five - loved staying in this cozy, charming and very well equipped house. Beaches, Restauramts and shopping facilieties neatby. Pamela is a great host. If we come back to Cape Cod, it will be definitely there!
Thank you for your kind words. Hosting your family was a pleasure and I look forward to hosting you again on a return trip to Cape Cod.
We loved our stay. Pamela was a great host and made sure he had everything we needed.
Great Outdoor Space!
Enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch admiring the greenery and flowers. Spacious kitchen for cooking. Dinners out back on the oversized porch. Pam was very welcoming and has thought of everything you would possibly need.
Warm, Inviting, Comfy, Relaxing
After spending days in the high energy of Boston, it was a breath of fresh air and respite for the weary. Being from a drier, less green climate, the green location was wonderful. We even had rain! It was a great location and easy to use and get comfortable in and nice to come home to. Our hostess, Pam, would have turned herself inside out to do anything she could to make our stay in the home and/or on Cape Cod a great experience. Thank you.
