This Texas Hill Country home is set up with luxury and comfort in mind to give our guests the best experience! Great for wedding parties, or reunions with family or friends. Home has no indoor stairs and is great for all generations offering everyone a space of their own. Relax in the pool or dine alfresco under a covered patio or hit up the game room for some competitive fun! Unwind at the end of the day with an after dinner stroll to watch a perfect Texas sunset. Its under 10 mins to attractions, restaurants, bars, shopping and golf. RV's welcome!


INDOOR LIVING:
Step inside to a beautifully designed mid-century modern interior, where comfort is controlled by dual-zoned thermostats and ceiling fans and Smart TVs in every bedroom. This single-level home is your perfect base for making memories, with no indoor stairs to navigate.

LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT
Relax in the spacious living areas and stream your favorites on the Smart TVs, which include Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+. The dedicated game room is ready for fun with a foosball table, darts, and a poker table. You'll also find a great selection of board games, books, and a Nintendo Wii for all ages to enjoy.

KITCHEN & DINING
Whether you're preparing a feast or a quick snack, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. It features modern appliances including a stove, oven, two refrigerators, dishwasher, and microwave. Enjoy your meals in the formal dining room or dine alfresco at the table on the covered patio.

Our rooms are designed to feel like your own personal space, featuring top-of-the-line mattresses, premium bedding, and both firm and plush pillows. Each room includes charging ports and complimentary earplugs.

The three full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Two feature walk-in showers, and one has a tub/shower combo. A portable senior bath chair is also available. Two hair dryers with diffusers and hair straighteners are also included in your stay.

OUTDOOR OASIS
Your private, fenced-in yard is an entertainer's dream. The centerpiece is the sparkling pool, surrounded by lounge chairs and parasols. Fire up the gas grill for a BBQ, challenge friends to cornhole or a life-size game of Connect Four, and relax in the shaded gazebo. As a bonus, you can often see the nightly Fiesta Texas fireworks show from the side-yard!

Garage: XL 2 car garage and 6 car driveway. RVS welcome!

3 Exterior Security Cameras: 2 Located in front of property and one located in back of property. For safety only, no audio and no indoor cameras on property.

We enjoyed staying at this peaceful, beautiful neighborhood of San Antonio over Thanksgiving. The home was cozy and roomy for the six of us. Didn't get to enjoy the pool because the weather was on the chilly side, but it was still nice to relax in the backyard.

The residence was extremely clean and well organized. The beds were very comfortable and there was room for everyone. The pool was really nice to have after a long day in the Texas heat. We will definitely try and stay here again.

We traveled to San Antonio for a family wedding with a large group. This house was perfect for sleeping three families with kids. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We did not get to enjoy the pool, but we did enjoy the game tables and toys for the kids. There was plenty of parking, and the neighborhood was quiet. Our host, Lulu was very accommodating.

The house is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. Checking was a breeze, the location is awesome! Very short drive to Six Flags, La Cantera, the Rim, and everything in between. The kitchen has everything you can need to cook inside or grill outside. The host is very sweet and accommodating, she is very quick to respond and checks up to make sure your stay is great. Super great vacation

The house was clean, well organized. We had everything we needed. Our host thought of everything. Kitchen was equipped with all the things we needed. This is a beautiful place to relax and have a relaxing time. We had our family reunion there and it was great. Any questions we had Lulu was right on it. I will definitely stay there again. I know how much time it takes to pack for a vacation, so I hope I thought of everything you might need to make your life a little easier.

I picked this neighborhood because of its location and scenery. Its close enough to many attractions, restaurants and shopping, and yet, feels removed from all the hustle and bustle of city life. A safe and peaceful neighborhood that is great for walking and enjoying beautiful Texas sunsets.

I love my home because everything has its place. Its very organized, clean and spacious. You have everything you need here to make you definitely feel like its your home away from home. My beds make you enjoy your vacation and get the best nights sleep! I have thought of everything that I would love to have while on vacation, and have included it here.
