The Victorian is close to everything, giving you an urban lifestyle experience. This completely furnished queen efficiency apartment features modern design with premium finishes and is walkable to Downtown Muskegon. This apartment has 1 queen bedroom, 1 full bath, a full kitchen, and 500 square feet. This apartment is an efficiency, but it feels roomier than most.

It includes all the necessities needed, such as bedding, linens, and housewares. It also includes a small sofa bed for added guests (apartment sleeps 2-4 total, please inquire regarding additional occupancy fees). It is centrally located and within a short walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and Muskegon's Famous Farmers Market.

Additional features: high efficiency ductless heating and air conditioning, gas stove/oven, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, K-Cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee, sugar, and cream. Free Gigabit Internet is included with Roku Streaming TVs in the bedroom and living room. Enjoy patio access in the common area with a gas table top fire pit, tables, grill, and plenty of seating.

Parking spot included; otherwise there is street parking.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn the heat back down to 64 degrees (or seasonal AC back to 74) and have turned off all lights, fans and televisions. Please close and lock any windows and doors prior to your departure.
Please make sure to start a load of towels prior to your departure. We have made sure to stock laundry detergent “sheets” for your use (they look like dryer sheets, but they are laundry detergent).
Please do not leave dirty dishes or there will be an additional $65 cleaning fee assessed after your stay. We stocked dishwashing pods for your convenience under the kitchen sink.

This apartment was clean and tidy. It was our first stay in Muskegon, and the location is in a great spot, close to a lot of attractions. The location is on a quiet street and walkable to museums, restaurants, shops. It's a quick drive to the beaches. You are guaranteed 1 parking space, but street parking is plentiful. This listing accommodated all of our needs for our stay. Pet-friendly with an extra 100 fee not included in the listing price.

Great location for event we went to! Pet fee of 100 for 1 pet is in addition to price shown even if you include pet in your original search and booking. Not an issue, but good to know ahead of time.

The place was exactly what we expected. Matched the pictures. Everything inside was pretty new and worked as it should. It’s a house that got converted into 5 separate apartments. We were in E, which was upstairs and shared a main entrance with another apartment. Price was a bit high, but it was bike week, so it wasn’t unexpected. Was about the same price as the Travelodge in Muskegon Heights actually, so it seemed like a steal given the location. Was right next to the main drag where the bike rally was, so it was nice being able to just walk everywhere. All the info and access codes came through email a few days before the trip. Would have been nice to get it maybe a week in advance instead of 2 days before the trip, but it all worked out fine. Everything we needed was provided (bedding, towels, coffee, etc). Only thing we needed to pack was clothes, which made things super easy. Parking was ok. There is 1 designated spot then street parking for extra vehicles. Street parking was packed due to bike week, but it wouldn’t be an issue 99% of the time. Overall it was a great place. Already looking at booking a couple of the apartments in the same building for the same weekend next year so we can bring a bigger group. Probably don’t want more than 2 couples staying in the one we had. Both the regular bed and pull out couch bed were actually pretty comfortable though. Would definitely stay at again.
