There are a lot of average rentals available in this area, however, with our unit, you are renting a 'Home' not just a condo or townhouse. Please read our fabulous reviews below! Our 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath(upstairs) unit is beautifully furnished & very well equipped. We supply you with Free High-Speed Internet (100 Mbps), FREE unlimited Local & Nationwide as well, as long-distance calls to Canada & Mexico. Warmly decorated with accent lights, that gives you a 'Mountain Feeling'. 20-foot stone gas fireplace with enclosed, easy-to-operate timer & blower, granite countertops, hotel quality carpeting & ‘black-out’ drapes. Our well-stocked kitchen is supplied with everything you would need to make any kind of dinner. A gas grill is located on the deck outside also.

Serene setting. Nestled by the trees and adjacent to the National Forest and the NEWLY designed ‘Snow Summit Adventure Park' at Snow Summit Mountain Resort’! This mountain condo is located almost in Snow Summit's parking lot, just feet away from your front door. This means that in the Winter when you wake up and it snows all night, you just pick up your skis, put on your boots, walk to the main lodge, and spend the day skiing! No shoveling, no snow chains, or frustration needed. Just a day of fun and pleasure!
In the Summer you can walk to the Scenic Sky Chair or the Bike Park'. You can also take one of the many hiking trails or numerous Mountain Biking Trails. Big Bear Lake is only a 1/2 mile down the street - with the swim beach, boat rentals, or Lake Tours. Access into your mountain condo is level from the driveway to the front door. Much less chance of slipping and sliding. If you are bringing in groceries or luggage, you have approximately 50 feet to your front door. You are only 2.5 miles from the village with movie theaters, many restaurants, and lots of shopping.

There is a Noise Restriction Ordinance per the City of Big Bear and Escape HOA - A personalized Agreement Must be signed before check-in or no entry.
NO Parties or EVENTS. We rent this property for your use and you're (approved) overnight guests as per your signed agreement.

Very cute! Definitely gave cabin in the woods vibe. Very Clean and the owner was on top of things when contacted with any questions/concerns. Family had a great time and I love that it’s literally a minute walk to snow summit. Will definitely be coming back.

We purchased this property because we lived in Grand Terrace at the time and this was only 75 minutes from our home. We found that some of our friends and extended family were interested in longer stays for work or vacation purposes; something that allowed them a larger space and cooking facilities that a Hotel did not offer.

Why they chose this property

It is close to all Southern California Metropolitan areas as well as the desert Palm Springs Area. The big attraction of course is the close proximity to the Snow Summit Mountain Resort for both Winter & Summer outdoor activities. Although we are in a condominium (townhouse) project, it is extremely quiet here in the Summer.

What makes this property unique

This mountain two story Townhouse has been completely upgraded and is located almost in Snow Summit's parking lot, just feet away from your front door. This means that if you wake up and it snowed all night, you just pick up your skis, put on your boots and walk to the main lodge and spend the day skiing! No shoveling, no snow chains or frustration needed. Just a day of fun and pleasure.

Access into your mountain Townhouse is level from the driveway to the front door. Much less chance for slipping and sliding. If you have to bring in groceries or luggage, you have approx. 25 feet to your front door. You are only 2.5 miles to the village with movie theaters, many restaurants and lots of shopping.
