Downstairs, you will find a newly remodeled basement that includes a living room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a TV, and a kitchenette down the hall. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a bunk bed with two twin mattresses, as well as a full bathroom. Off the living room, there is a private, covered deck area with an outdoor table, perfect for enjoying meals or morning coffee. The lower level is accessible via outdoor stairs on the right side of the home. Please note that using the lower level incurs an additional cleaning fee of $100.
