However, we apologize that you were not completely comfortable and that our specific beds did not suit your personal preferences.We wish that you had shared your feedback with us personally, we are curious why you were looking under the stove. We would have appreciated a heads up about this instead of you sharing it in your review. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the mountain access did not meet your expectations. The gravel portion of the route is very brief, and the cabin is accessible by standard vehicles. We’ve since updated the listing to clearly disclose that the route is mostly paved with some gravel sections so future guests can consider this before booking. While a direct response from the homeowner unfortunately remained in drafts and was not delivered, Evolve remained responsive and communicated with you regarding your concerns. We’re sorry the property ultimately wasn’t the right fit for your stay and appreciate the opportunity to provide clearer expectations for future guests.
