Beautiful lake house located on peaceful Lake Rabon with two master suites. Bring your fishing poles, kayak and/or pontoon (max of 30 hp) and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the screened porch, covered lower porch, living room or master bedrooms. Lake views are everywhere and you are only 15 minutes from growing Fountain Inn, SC or historic downtown Laurens, SC. Lake Rabon is a quiet, rural neighborhood perfect for walking or bicycling with plenty of shaded streets with gentle grades. The neighborhood clubhouse is available to rent separately for family gatherings or wedding receptions and has an outdoor basketball court and playground. Lake Rabon does have restrictions, it is a shallow lake and is restricted to trolling motors or pontoons with a maximum 30 hp motor.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load and start dishwasher for any remaining dirty dishes
Leave any used or damp towels to hang. If you have time, please strip used beds and start the washer on hot.
Remove all items from the fridge and freezer and take all trash to the curb. All trash MUST be bagged.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No swimming in the lake per current Laurens County regulations
Fishing is by permit only thru Laurens County (fishing licenses can be purchased at local WalMarts)
No gatherings, events or parties. Strictly enforced!

This property is more beautiful than the pictures. It was the perfect setting for my daughter’s bridal party. It is nestled in the countryside in a small neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful. We could not have made a better choice.
