Denna byggnad från mitten av århundradet har genomgått en otrolig ombyggnad. Det är smakfullt inredda och välskött, det perfekta resmålet för varje resa.

Det stora sovrummet (badrum) är fullt möblerat med en king size-säng, rymliga garderober och eget badrum. Gästrummet har två enkelsängar klädda i belgiska sängkläder. Det finns en underbar jaktlounge vid fönstret där du kan få fantastisk utsikt över San Franciscos böljande kullar. Vardagsrummet har en riktigt spektakulär utsikt och gott om plats att röra sig runt. Med stora fönster som slår runt hela översta våningen får du en panoramautsikt över staden. Köket är fullt utrustat för att tillgodose dina behov - vi har alla apparater du kan tänka på! A San Francisco Retreat!

The property is terrific and the views are absolutely amazing! We enjoyed the neighborhood and access to San Francisco sights. The kitchen is fully equipped. The owner is super friendly and we are thankful he opened up his place for our stay! We would definitely come back!

Great House with astonishing views

Nearly Everything was good. We really enjoyed our stay in the house. At the moment there is construction work on the house nearby, but they always start after 9 - which was ok for us. All in all a perfect visit wirh astonishing views of SF. We really can recommand it.

Beautiful apartment, striking view.

We stayed in this well appointed apartment/condo while visiting family in Noe Valley. James was very helpful with all our questions. The mattresses were excellent so sleep was great in this quiet, safe location. The kitchen has everything you need to cook anything! The view is fantastic! We had a wonderful visit with family and staying in this VRBO made it extra special!

Amazing views, great location and super clean

Would love to stay here again and again. Couldn’t get enough of the views from the picture windows in the living room and kitchen. Strict no shoes policy and new carpet made the place feel super clean. We’ll stocked and equipped. Comfy beds and loved the sheets! Linen sheets on the twin beds and some thick, almost canvas type sheets that don’t sound comfortable but were some of my all time favorites. All around loved this space and really felt at home.

Relaxing

This home is incredibly neat, clean and easy to call a temporary domicile. The eastern view of the city of the city and bay are gorgeous. Would definitely recommend to people who plan a lot of time in SF. We didn’t mind the time spent driving to museums and we spent only 1 day at Fisherman’s Warf. We enjoyed the neighborhood and their are many restaurants within walking distance or within a 5 to 10 minute drive. James, the owner, is open to all questions and is very helpful with advice. We enjoyed the place immensely.

Pride week

We rented this place for our week in San Francisco and loved the view that this place offered. James was a great host and the place was nice. All of the windows mean that there is temperature fluctuations but the air conditioner worked on hot days. The hill that this place is on is challenging to climb after a day of sightseeing but the view upon waking is so worth it! Also, the shops and restaurants in Noe Valley, just a few blocks downhill, offer amazing options. 10/10 would recommend!

Above the City

We really enjoyed spending a week in this nice house. Whenever we want to escape from the fever of the streets we just went back. Some nights we just switched off the lights and enjoyed the view of the city including several small fireworks. Kitchen was best equipped and cooking was fun. Nighbourhood was calm and beds very comfortable, so that we could really relax. The distance to San Francisco downdown was about 20min and the supermarket was nearby. This house is an excellent starting point to explore the city and relax in beteten.

Well-appointed, clean, spectacular view!

The location at the top of the hill provided a beautiful, panoramic view. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials (coffee, etc) and nice pans, etc. James was easily accessible for questions. Very spacious and comfortable for family of 4 (twin 18 year old girls). Great neighborhood, too.

Spectacular View

The pictures do not do the view justice. It is fabulous. House is clean and appointed with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. James was responsive with any questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and charming. We enjoyed exploring the shops and restaurants in the area. On sunny days, we hung out on the balcony and soaked in the view. Having a little office area with a desk was a bonus. It was nice having a dedicated space when I needed to do a little work during our stay.

The entry code didn't work but James immediately fixed the problem. James has everything you could need. I would only recommend removing the children's paint that is in the main room, the smiles are creepy

I was born and raised in Ireland. I spent the first 20 years as a farmer in Ireland. Then I pivoted into Artificial Intelligence. I have a PhD in Engineering Math. My big passion is solving problems using Data and Artificial Intelligence. I also teach at the University of California at Berkeley.

Since leaving Ireland, I have lived in a variety of places over the past 20 years: Tokyo (Japan); Bristol (UK); Grenoble (France); Pittsburgh (PA, USA); and now here in San Francisco.

I speak Irish, French and Japanese and a variety of English dialects.
