Amazing location near Times Square and Broadway shows!! Beautiful Old Classic NYC Room!! Amazing light from the big windows!! King bed was super comfortable!! We only had 2 people - not sure how the sofa would be for over that.Kitchen was fine - except there are no knifes, plates or paper towels. The 1st day you can just go to corner store and grab all that for like a few dollars - no big deal.The bathroom is fine - just no hot water for shower. Secret is to wait until the afternoon. The warm water shows up then- sometimes.The host doesn't message back - but we didn't really have any major issues. They also have a luggage room in lobby - which was great to store bags before heading to the airport.All in all we had an amazing time!! Beautiful Room to stay in if you want to be near the action and want amazing light.If they figured out the hot water and had a couple things in the kitchen this would be a home run place.

We had a good stay and the location was definitely the highlight. The apartment is in a great area, very close to the subway and convenient for visiting Manhattan. Being on the 12th floor, which is the top floor of the building, was also really nice. The apartment was spacious and had a good layout for a group or family.One thing to note is that the kitchen was not very well equipped for cooking. We planned to cook during our stay, but there were not enough kitchen utensils like knives and spoons to comfortably prepare meals. The bathroom also did not have hot water during our stay. Communication with the host was a bit slow, although they were still helpful and worked on the issues the next day. I would recommend this place for travelers looking for a spacious stay in a great location near Manhattan, especially if you do not plan to cook much during your trip.

The location is amazing for sight seeing. The host was quick with responses and the room was neat and tidy. I visited right after a winter blizzard, so the temperatures were quite low and there was no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom. In complaining to the host, they sent facilities next day, but the issue wasn't fixed. Except the hot water issue the stay was pleasant.

The location of this apartment is great, the large room is beautiful, and we had a very good time staying there. But it isn't what I consider a "luxury" apartment--only a few towels, no washcloths, no coffee filters for the coffee maker, and inconsistent hot water in the shower.

The location was great; so close to lots of tourist spots.The place was nice and clean. However, it was lacking a few essentials. There were no knives. There were no towels in the kitchen, paper nor terry cloth. We were given no hand towels and only one wash cloth for three people. Although not considered an essential, a few hooks would have been helpful for hanging towels.

Nice historic place with a lot of charm. This place really grew on us and had a nice, welcoming, vibe to it. Place was clean and management very responsive. The location was perfect for us with easy walking access to many sites and Grand Central Station.
