Awesome!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! The house was nice and clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms are huge! House is very spacious. The pool is huge as well. Bigger than any other ones I have seen online. The house is nicely landscaped also. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Enjoyable

Everything was as listed, I only recommend not to pay for the heating option when it comes to the pool during the winter because it is too large and it won't heat the pool. The owner was very friendly and he switched our heating pool fee to the jacuzzi, so we could at least enjoy the jacuzzi.It is a very nice property!

Beautiful home well suited for our family's needs.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and the home was lovely. Our only complaint was not being able to enjoy using the pool which was not heated, although we requested and paid for it to be. We would have enjoyed being able to enjoy using the pool as part of our stay since that is why we paid more to rent a home with a pool instead of one without. Otherwise the home was well suited for our family.

Comfortable & private setting

Wonderful property for family to gather for a Celebration of Life weekend. This property is VERY private and while less "glitzy" than some of the newer properties to rent in the area, it was MUCH more comfortable with a variety of conversation spaces to visit. If you are a coffee lover, bring your own filters, coffee and milk! VERY comfortable beds, sheets and thick towels. You also may want to pack your own soap and shampoo. While starters are provided, longer stays may need supplementals. Lots of parking and garage space if you have several cars amongst your visitors. Highly recommend!

Roomy home with good amenities

House was clean and well stocked when we arrived. The pool was lovely and we really enjoyed the large screened in deck. We chose this location because it was between Howie-In-The-Hills (Mission Inn) and Winter Garden, so it worked for us, but it is a little way from typical mid Florida tourist attractions. The house does need some tender loving care as the door to the garage failed to close properly, and it didn't appear that the key provided us unlocked any doors. In general we had one problem with the A/C but a quick phone call to the rental office and they promptly had it fixed for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the home.

Disappointed

Photos and descriptions of the property online are deceiving and need to be updated There is no golf course in the backyard view, it is overgrown grass where a golf course used to be. The home needs updating with fresh paint, new carpet or carpets cleaned. Should be disclosed you are using well water and it is not drinkable. The water system and pool system need updating. This could be a beautiful property, just needs some TLC.

Not what we expected

Not what we expected from a VBRO rental, could and should be one of the best house's available but because of a lack of up keep on this house, both inside and out we won't be using swiss vacation rentals ever again. A lot of stuff just didn't work, pool heat is an extra charge, (understandable) be it didn't work although we paid for it. If you want to use the grill, there's an extra charge. The bed sheets were not washed or changed prior to our arrival, we washed and changed them our selves, the towels smelled terrible, we washed those as well. We moped the nasty floor and cleaned the nasty house. Trash was piled up out side the garage and stunk really bad. This is the first bad review I've ever left, the people we had to deal with were nice and polite but there is a disconnect somewhere as far as keeping the house up in general and making sure the house is ready for arriving guest. I assure you we left the house much better than when we arrived. Awesome location and could be an awesome house with just normal upkeep and maintenance. Maybe the staff and contractors are just overwhelmed, 75 properties is a lot to account for but you still need to take care of your business.

Hi Mark, I do apologize for the issues you have encountered. This is not our way of doing things at all, the cleaning company we use has gone through some employee changes and hence so has the cleaning, its not an excuse, just wanted you to be aware. We understand how frustrating that would be and we are dealing with the problem head on. That is why we refunded you for the cleaning cost 100% The trash pickup is through the county and its only once a week, so if you arrive before they come the outdoor collector bin will most likely have trash in it, we apologize for the inconvenience. We hope you will give us another chance. Thank you
