The villa is divided in the middle into two independent, equal houses with each 2 bedrooms suite. Each house accommodates max. 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. Please ask for a special price if you need only one independent house with full privacy. The privileged, quiet location in front of Pipa's main sandy beach with warm water assures a perfect summer holiday rental all year long. The house is a solid build and designed for relaxed tropical living offering all modern comfort, individuality, and tranquillity. The large windows of the villa admit cooling sea breezes. All rooms have eye-catching sea views. Our housekeeper will clean daily and help you with your self-catering. Each independent home of the villa has got 1 living room with comfortable sofas, 1 adjoining TV room, both with ceiling fans, 1 dining room, 1 modern fully equipped kitchen, 1 guest WC, 1 master bedroom with a large king-size bed, air-condition, closet, bathroom, large terrace with beautiful sea view; 1 bedroom with 2 individual beds and 2 auxiliary beds, air-condition, closet, bathroom. On the rooftop of each house is a large terrace with its own plunge pool where you enjoy a fantastic panorama ocean view.

Fabulous Pipa

Just back after spending two weeks fabulous weeks in Pipa. The villa is in a perfect location with the most stunning and relaxing views of the sea and beach. The house was very comfortable and spacious. The housekeeper, Elaine, who lives below the house was amazing, kept the house clean every day, and generally looked after us. We would definately like to come back to Pipa, and this is the house that we would love to rent again. Thank you

Perfect and Relaxing

The villa is in a fantastic spot. We could walk to to everything or stay home and enjoy the sunset from one of the decks. Hans was very helpful and responded to all of my questions before the trip very quickly. He arranged a driver for us from the airport, so we arrived with no worries. Elaine, the caretaker, is very kind and helpful. Her husband is also lovely and drove us to another beach and gave us a short tour of the area. We had plenty of room in the house to relax and enjoyed cooling off in the afternoons in the small pool on the roof. If we ever return to Pipa, we will definitely hope to stay here again.

Luxury Villa? Yes... With Thieves Included

I'm very disappointed with my stay in this house. The reason is very simple: the house keeper brought inside the house a relative of hers who stole us during our stay 1600R$ , a HD Camera and 2 cel phone (one was an expensive iPhone). This person was very smart and was stealing a little amount of money every day so it was very hard for us to notice it. He screwed up the last night when we didn't spend any money but the day after we discovered to have 400R$ less in our wallet so it was clear that a person came inside the flat. At the end we have been able to get most of our things back except the iPhone. The robbery was really a serious event but what disappointed me even more is the behavior of the owner. In fact since the woman (house keeper) had been really nice with us for all the 2 weeks we decided to not call the police after we got almost everything back. The only thing still missing was an iPhone and the owner of the house, instead of trying to sorry and compensate our loss, told us that since we had some guests during the stay and we didn't call the police he could't be sure that the phone was stolen by this thief and didn't want to compensate our loss which is of over 600 euro... so we have been nice to them trying to not involve cops and trying to keep this thing silent and our compensation was to be treated like two stupids... Since we booked a luxury house we were expecting adequate treatment for the price... This event ruined our vacation and I feel to warn every person intentioned to book this villa to think twice.. Not only for the dishonest people who can access the house but also for the owner who can't handle serious problems like this..

O imovel fica muito bem localizado, a Elaine pessoa que é responsável em receber os hóspedes e manter a arrumação da casa e espetacular. O único problema é que a casa precisa de uma boa reforma.

Casa super agradável em localização privilegiada em Pipa, em frente à beira mar das piscinas naturais da praia do centrinho e próxima aos bares, restaurantes e lojas da cidade. Vista linda e ampla da praia de dentro da casa. Contato fácil com o proprietário, mesmo morando fora do Brasil. Contudo, sugiro evitar reservar em períodos de alta estação e feriados se quiser tranquilidade já que a região fica muito movimentada nesse período e a casa fica colada a um bar que fica lotado nessas ocasiões. Sugiro também contactar o proprietário antes de reservar para ajustar tanto a questão do pagamento (para quem pretende evitar o pagamento em euros e suas respectivas taxas no cartão) como também para acordar sobre o aluguel de 01 ou 02 casas pois o anúncio não é tão claro quanto a essa questão. Os quatro quartos anunciados só estarão disponíveis mediante o aluguel das 2 casas. A caseira Eliane que mora embaixo da casa e arruma a casa diariamente é maravilhosa, super prestativa e oferece serviço de preparo de café da manhã por fora. Adoramos! Senti falta apenas de guarda-sóis no último piso na área da piscina. No mais adoramos os dias que passamos lá Hans, obrigada.

Location, location. The property has to be in the best location to enjoy the beach and the view. It is right on the beach. The accommodations were well appointed and furnished. Just a great place and very secure. Air condition worked well for the bedrooms. The caretakers who live below were very helpful and great to have around. The husband owns a taxi and took us for a wonderful tour. The drivers that Hans set up for us to get to and from the airport were great. Pipa Beach Club next door was a great place to eat and convenient. Everyone was so gracious. We highly recommend this vacation home. Please note that the price noted on the home page is for one of two connecting villas.

El departamento es excelente en todo sentido. Muy cómodo, muy amplio, limpio, con todos los servicios que se puedan requerir para pasar unas vacaciones maravillosas. Cuenta con 2 dormitorios con baños en suite, terraza con piscina, living, comedor, balcones con vista al mar, cocina completa, baño en PB, cochera, todo de muy muy buena calidad y en perfecto estado. También hay aires acondicionados en las piezas. Hay muy pocos deptos con facil acceso a las playas y el depto de Hans es uno de ellos. Se encuentra ubicado justo frente a la playa del centro, a solo 8mts del mar y de muy facil acceso. También está a pocas cuadras del centro. La atención brindada por Eliane, quién se ocupa de mantener los deptos, fue muy calida, siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades y brindando consejos y recomendaciones para manejarnos en Pipa. También ella contrató un transfer para ir de Natal a Pipa y Pipa a Natal. Es una persona muy amable que siempre estuvo atenta de ayudarnos en lo que necesitaramos. Sin duda recomiendo este lugar, y de volver a Pipa algún día, volvería directo aquí.

Why they chose this property

The first time my wife and I visited Praia de Pipa we were convinced that it would be the ideal place to build a holiday house. We were very lucky to get this plot right in front of the beach with a breathtaking view and within an 8-minute walk to the center of Praia de Pipa full of life day and night.

What makes this property unique

We love to sit on the veranda watching the people on the beach and the surfer riding the waves of the Atlantic ocean. There is always a cooling breeze from the ocean so it is never getting too hot. To reach the beach we only have to cross the small residential path and take the 10 steps down to the white sand. It is a great pleasure to drift in the waves and the warm water 26º C the whole year. The tides create also little seawater pools which are very safe for children. The beach is protected against strong winds due to a hill covered with high trees on the landside behind the villa. It is possible to walk along the shore to other beaches and have lunch and drinks in beach restaurants.
