Beautiful 2BR/2BA beach cottage on the west end of 30A - steps to beach access. Relax in the open concept Living / Dining / Kitchen areas. The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped. Large windows bring in the Florida sunshine. Large front and back decks to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. After a relaxing day at the beach, kick back, relax and do some grilling on the private back deck.

We are a couple of 30A locals hosting our own vacation rentals, offering Powder to Surf to those who love the beach as much as we do.

Powder to Surf is located in Dune Allen area in quiet West 30A. The neighborhood offers single-family homes with a mix of locals and vacation guests. The u-shaped neighborhood is adjacent to Scenic 30A with beach access points on both ends. At the east end the neighborhood is immediately across the beach at Dine Allen Regional Beach Access. The west access is a few steps to Beach Highland Access.
Powder to Surf is located on the Scenic 30 A bike path. You can view passers-by walking or riding their bike from the huge front deck.
