Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:



• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.

While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor.



🛡️🛡️Damage Waiver / Security Deposit🛡️🛡️

You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.



🐈🐈For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required PER pets:🐕🐕



1-7 Nights: additional $20/night

8-29 Nights: additional $200

30+ Nights: additional $300



🐈🐈We do not have a weight limit, however, there are breed restrictions: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid🐕🐕



🐈🐈There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.🐕🐕



For added comfort and security, the unit is equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures sound levels only (it does not record audio or conversations). Please note that tampering with this device may result in a fee.



There are also security cameras located in common areas such as hallways to help ensure a safe environment for all guests.

Horrible

I will start out with the positives that we did have. The check in process was fairly simple, communication with the host was prompt, the pool area was great for the kids and there were many great food/drink establishments within walking distance. There was even a little grocery store downstairs. However, our experience was by far the worst we have ever had at any rental. The apartment itself had a lot of damage to it done by past renters (missing door knobs, entertainment center stand broken off the wall, patch marks throughout), the hallways smelled like pot and feces (depending the floor you were on) the beds were not comfortable. During the night around midnight there were two men fighting and screaming outside our window for about 10 minutes which woke everyone up, that same night there were loud cars flying down the roads at 3am. The next night the fire alarms went off at 2:30am which resulted in the entire building evacuating due to a dumpster fire that was started in the parking garage. It took the fire dept about an hour and a half to extinguish and get the alarms to stop. We had 3 young children with us (ages 5-8) who after this night were terrified to sleep here again. We ended up leaving the next day (1 day earlier than planned). Long story short, we are happy to be home and have learned many lessons when booking by staying at this property.
