Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, eco & child-friendly lakeside resort. This new cottage with two main-floor bedrooms and one loft bedroom accommodates eight guests, and has all the comfort of a home.

The space
- This is a quiet lot on a one-way street with vacant land on the left of the house.
- You will have three covered parking: two in the garage + one carport.
- One with EV level 2 charger. Please mind the garage gate, it’s a little narrow.
- We do our best to be eco-friendly and sustainable to provide a pleasant experience for you.

About this space:

The cottage is newly listed. It’s a very comfortable and welcoming space, which includes:

✅️Well-stocked kitchen (juicer, toaster, coffee maker, small blender, coffee machine, rice cooker, Wine & Beverage Coolers and a good selection of spices

✅️One bedroom and loft with queen-sized bed and a single bed, one bedroom with a queen-sized bed
✅️Two full bathrooms with bathtubs
✅️Laundry: including washer + dryer
✅️ Closet with hangers
✅️Smart TVs with Neflix, Disney+, Prime for you to sign in your own subscription
✅️ Wide selection of board games, toys, puzzles and children’s books
✅️One large covered deck with seating, sofa and a gas BBQ
✅️Second deck on the loft with stunning lake view
✅️Parking on site for 2 vehicles and 1 vehicle/ boat for the carport
✅️Portable high chair + baby cot for your little ones

You will get codes for:
1) The front gate in order to enter the resort.
2) Your cottage front door.
3) Key Storage Combination Box for the remote for cottage garage.

Other things to note
• Save-On-Foods delivers right to your cottage door (2 times per day for $5).
• La Casa Market has a fully stocked store with wine and spirits plus a restaurant.
• Select "info for guests", then "guidebook" for details on tourist attractions.
• No pets please, our family members are allergic to animal fur.
• No smoking in the building, smoking is only allowed on the ground floor outside of the house.
• The maximum number of occupants allowed in the cottage is 8 person including children. This is strictly enforced by the strata, and the penalty for exceeding maximum capacity is $2000/day.
• Must be 25 or older to rent this property.

Incredible hosts! Everything was well stocked. They go above and beyond for there guests. The only negative I have is that it’s quite far to any wineries and to get to it it’s a winding/narrow road for 40-45 min.

We love this lakeside resort, with great choice of facilities to suits all 3 generations! La Casa resort has heated pool, hot tub, playground, tennis court, mini golf course, beach volleyball court, water trampolines and access to the lake. La Casa restaurant and grocery store opens daily 8am-9pm.

What makes this property unique

New cottage, use eco-friendly options to reduce plastic waste (Eco-egg or laundry detergent strips for washer, reusable green dryer balls, filtered water, Canada made reusable air filter). We have EV charger in the garage. The choice of furniture and amenities is carefully selected for sustainability.
