Flat with unparalleled views in the South of France and a superb swimming pool

Nambawan was completed in 1999 when the owners came to live here permanently. The flat is part of the main house although completely independent. There is under floor heating as the region can be chilly at night between November and April. WIFi connection is available throughout the flat.

The accommodation consists of a comfortable sitting room with English and French TV, a large double bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The ample modern kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker (gas and electric), three way oven( microwave/oven and grill), toaster, food processor and dishwasher. A washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board complete the set of household appliances.

The bedroom is equipped with two large single beds, which can be pushed together to become a Kingsize bed. Two bedside tables with reading lights provided and there is ample storing and hanging space. The view from the bedroom window is spectacular.

The bathroom is fully equipped with bath tub, shower, basin and WC.

From the sitting room a large French window opens on to the terrace, lawn and barbeque area. Guests have unlimited access to the swimming pool.

The flat is handed over immaculately cleaned. Bedlinen and towels are provided. For lets over a week, a special cleaning/maid service can be arranged upon request. There is enough linen available for guests to change it if and when desired. Saturday is not the compulsory arrival day. Alternative arrival and departure days can be arranged by mutual agreement.

The flat like the whole Nambawan house are designed for easy living and serve as a great base for exploring Provence and the Côte d’Azur. More than just a holiday flat or villa this is a proper home with all modern amenities and comfort.
The village of Seillans is 30 minutes from Cannes and Grasse and about 55 from Nice/Cote d'Azur airport. Golf, gliding, sailing and hillwalking are available nearby and there is easy access to skiing. This just means that whatever your interests are or what you are looking for you can have it all at Nambawan, whatever the season.
Just outside the village lies the beautiful Roman chapel of Notre Dame des Ormeaux, with its superb Renaissance altar-piece. The next village, Fayence, is home to one of the better known gliding clubs in Europe. Lake St. Cassien, 15 minutes away, offers excellent swimming, wind surfing etc. Easy day trips can be made to all the well known places and beaches along the Riviera: St. Tropez, St. Raphael, Antibes, Cannes,Nice, Monaco, les Gorges du Verdon etc. There are public tennis courts in the village. There are also some beautiful walks in the area and the skiing slopes of Greolieres, Isola and Val de l’Alos are easily accessible.

There are plenty of day trips to visit interesting places/sites in the region and a list of suggestions can be provided upon request.
