Wildly Misrepresented

Photos and description wildly misrepresented the room that was given to us. The amenities listed were not in the room. Property owner didn't respond to ANY messages. No refund given for the discrepancy between what was advertised and what the actual room was. The person actually on site was very nice and did the best he could. The property owner simply doesn't care.
