Brand new 3000 square feet of rustic bliss! 4 bedrooms 2 baths in the heart of the White Mountains. Summer is booking up fast around 1600 a week. Please call for a quote any time on the calendar. This is a standout property that you don't see in the Northeast that often. You will be mystified by the ancient form of Scandanavian craftmanship. Tastfully decorated, surrounded by giant logs, in a perfect spot for vacationers. The property is 6 minutes to Bretton Woods and the world famous Mount Washington Hotel. 12 minutes to Cannon Mt. and Echo Lake Beach. 30 minutes to Loon. Overall, you are within a half hour from Santa's Village, downtown Littleton, Storyland, Attitash, North Conway Shopping, Loon Mt, Whales Tale Water park, The Flume, Clark's Trained Bears, Polar Caves, Moose Tours, zip line activities, hiking trails, Forest Lake, and much more. This gem has million dollar views of Mount Washington and views of three different Mountain ranges all together. You have town water and cable but you feel secluded and off the beaten path. Corridor 11 snowmobile trail is across the front yard for your convenience. Inside there are 4 flatscreens, exotic ceiling fans, a pass through field stone fireplace, darts, pool table, potentially a card table, and wonderful decks to soak in the view. The outdoor firpit with chairs is directly in front of the big mountain. Overall, an unbeatable setting to spend your White Mountain vacation. Don't let this pass by. This is one of the best if not the best house in this popular community. The property sleeps twelve and pets are welcome on a conditional basis. A fee and a larger deposit has to go with any pet. The house is new and there is no other way. You don't see houses like this for rent often so hurry and reserve your space. Feel free to call and negotiate the time and price. Safe travels. Mike P

Why Mike Panarello chose Twin Mountain
This high calibur log home is easily affordable if the cost is distributed amongst traveling adults. With the large space and the four bedrooms it becomes highly cost effective as opposed to a hotel. The combination of the unique craftmanship and the views really sets this log home apart.

Loved the house
Overall myself and my 12 friends loved our stay at Mike's place. Very fun and very nice. Mike was always just a text away if we had questions. He immediately responded. Cool basement game room with pool table and dart board and comfy recliners in front of a large TV. The radiant flooring down there was an added plus. The two sided fire place in the living room was awesome! We've been coming up north every year for 16 years and this place didn't disappoint
BEST. CABIN. EVER.
This cabin is seriously AMAZING. The location (tucked away from a main road, offering plenty of privacy, yet not too far from convenience and attractions) and view (gorgeous views of Mt. Washington right from the back porch) are perfect for a peaceful getaway. We loved the cozy, yet unique, decor and spacious living rooms. My kids enjoyed the pool table and playroom, and my favorite was the huge porch with plenty of seating for our family. We had a lovely time at this cabin and can’t wait to go back again for our next NH getaway. Also, I should note, Mike is awesome — his fast response to any questions we had during our stay, and after, were sincerely appreciated. We highly recommend at least one stay at this fantastic cabin!
Great Location - Awesome Scenery - Perfect Cabin!!
This cabin is fantastic and is in a great location. My wife and I planned an 8 day road trip through the NE and were lucky enough to find this place. If adventure is your thing, you're right in the middle of all of it - 10min to Mt. Washington,15min to Franconia Notch, 25min to Loon/Kancamagus Hwy. I highly recommend this place as you are surrounded by nature and it's truly gorgeous. All of the other reviews are right...the cabin is awesome and very unique and you won't find a better bargain around!
relaxing, unique, gorgeous
Been coming to New Hampshire on and off with the Family for many years. This property has by far offered the most bang for the buck. When you read that "the pictures do not do it justice", that is so very true.
The location is not ideal for tourist attractions and (potentially) younger kids. But if you have an older Family looking for peace, quiet, tranquility with an amazingly gorgeous backdrop and unique living space, you will be hard pressed to find a better property.
The house is spacious, the WiFi inside is good, plenty of cable TV, DVD player and DVD's. Board games, darts, pool. The finished basement has its own fridge to stock with the local variety of adult beverages. Only the master bedroom has a TV, but there are 3 more TV's in common areas. (Perfect as we would play Madden on PS4 on one TV while others would fire up Fortnite on another).
The backyard is very spacious. Perfect spot for the fire pit. We brought regulation corn hole boards and were able to have a tournament night after night. Plenty of room for multiple boards. Played catch with my kids as well, plenty of room. The back deck is incredible. A ton of room, outdoor ceiling fans, huge table for dining (and beer pong, but I digress), over sized lifeguard-ish chairs to overlook the incredible view.
The owner Mike was extremely receptive. He replied to my emails within 30 minutes usually. Emails became texts as I would ask him for some suggestions about the local area and he was happy to text me multiple suggestions and sites to check out while in this part of the White Mountains.
Only "head's up" I would share is the WiFi does not reach the outside deck/ yard too well. That was a small nuisance coming from a Family where we enjoy our outdoor streaming music while we are cooking out, playing yard games, fire pit, etc.
But all in all, you pay a few bucks more for this place, but back to my original sentiment, it's worth it as you won't find another place to offer this kind of value.
I'm sure we will be booking this again soon enough!
If I had to describe the cabin in one word I would say Majestic!!!
Although everything seemed to be a drive the drives were always quick. Whether we were driving through Crawford Notch or Franconia Notch to our destinations the views were breath taking. We took the owners advise on one of the suggested swimming holes and it turned into what will be a life time of memories. The cabin had everything we needed from the breathtaking views off the front porch to a night of shooting pool and throwing darts. And almost every evening ended with a cocktail by the fire pit. Already planning our next visit.
If your shopping for a rental home and found yourself looking at this beautiful home- stop looking and forget EVERY other home you looked at. This home is truly one of a kind! From the second I stepped onto the property I realized the "jackpot" I hit with this rental. Stocked to the gills with everything you need. The views are amazing. There was so much room we couldn't even enjoy every part of the house (and that's with 4 kids ages 2-14). The baby gates were a plus to keep the youngest safe.
The property is within minutes from the Mount Washington hotel. 40 minutes to N. Conway and only 20 minutes to Lincoln. Fosters down the road (5 minutes) has just about everything you could possibly need for those quick trip to the store. Closest grocery store is only about 20 minutes away. Far enough away to be at piece, but close enough to do about a zillion things.
A word about the owner Mike. I've rented SEVERAL properties over the years and Mike has WITHOUT A DOUBT been the best to work with. He responses at lighting speed and is full of information about the property as well as several local spots to go. A lot of the places we went for swimming we felt as if we were the only ones there- away from the busy/crowded spots. Great guy and I'm looking forward to doing business with him for a long time.
I'll spare the rambling but I could literally fill this review (and the remaining 1000 characters I have left in this review) with how great this home is. And for the record- the pictures as great as they are, do absolutely no justice.
Like I started with- STOP LOOKING AND BOOK.Your crazy if you don't.
Additional information about rental rates
The home is brand new, so if a pet reservation is accepted, then the pet has to be very well behaved. Pets aren't allowed on the rugs. If there is any sign of a pet post stay the security deposit can be retained. Dog hair, sratches outside or in, and any odor is an example. Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am. Tenants may be checking in and these times must be strictly adhered to. Violation of these times could be designated as trespassing and treated as such. Violation of check in and check out times could result in forfeiting the security deposit. All damage is expected to be reported by the vacation travelers. The owner of the property is highly fair and reasonable. Damage not reported, discovered by the owner, makes it very unlikely to be forgiving.. This is a truly unique property and I'm sure you will love it. Safe travels. Mike P.
