Welcome to this stunning new construction inside the loop! This modern 3-bedroom, 3-bath home boasts a Rooftop Patio with Skyline Views, spacious Open Floor Plan and sleek modern decor. Located less than 5 minutes from major highways like i-10, 610, and highway 45. Very centrally located making for an easy commute.



This modern home features 3 floors and a rooftop patio overlooking the downtown skyline. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom.

All 3 bedrooms are located on the third floor.



Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is spacious and includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. It is also equipped with a wall-mounted smart TV.



Second Bedroom: This bedroom has 1 bunk bed with a twin trundle - 2 twins and 1 full size bed.



Third Bedroom: This room has a full-size bed.



The second and third bedrooms share an adjacent bathroom.



Living Room: The open-plan living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area, making it perfect for entertaining.



Kitchen: The kitchen is modern and well-equipped. The open layout ensures that the kitchen receives plenty of natural light from the adjacent living room windows and is perfect for enjoying quality time with family while preparing your favorite meals.



Rooftop Patio: Escape to the rooftop to enjoy a view of the downtown area.



This home is perfect for those who appreciate a bright, modern, open living space with plenty of natural light and modern amenities.



Please note: The garage is currently not available to guests. Driveway parking is available for 2 vehicles.



Guests will check-in using a smart lock keypad.



A code will be sent to you prior to check-in.



We like to give our guests their privacy. But please know that we are only a phone call away. Don`t hesitate to call us if you need anything during your stay.



PET FEES ARE COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING.



NO LOUD MUSIC OUTSIDE. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.



NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE OR AROUND THE UPSTAIRS OUTDOOR PATIO FURNITURE as this is a non-smoking home.



SMOKING VIOLATION ATTRACTS A $750 FINE.



FOR MULTIPLE VIOLATIONS, YOU MAY BE EVICTED FROM THE PROPERTY.

Very clean, fully equipped, great communication and flexibility. Beautiful place, beautiful kitchen and bathrooms, nice furniture. Would definitely recommend as long as stairs aren't an issue, because there's a lot of them. And would definitely stay again.

I wish we would have picked another property for our spring break stay. This was not what we were expecting. We had issues getting in with the code provided and then it ended up being the wrong code. Upon arrival we saw it’s not in a good neighborhood and it is not the heights area as advertised. Also in the master bedroom a toilet paper package was left out. The rugs are dingy(I have pictures showing how dingy and sing stains on the living room rug), the sectional has recliner sections that rise and make noise, and there was a chair that was loose at the eating table. Every early morning around 4-5am we heard trains all morning long! Also our last morning at 3:45am we heard a loud noise. My husband looked outside the window and the street was being power washed. It was also very hard to get in and out of the townhouse. It’s on a busy street with no parking and they were working on the street the entire time of our visit making the street just a one way. The master bedroom door did not close or lock and there were remotes for the TVs that did not work. Also I had to point out that there was a nail protruding out of a stair that my child stepped on. I also wonder the last time someone stayed in this property because the clocks had not yet been changed for daylight savings time. We spent a lot of money for our spring break trip and were extremely disappointed on the location the care of the house, the cleanliness and the noise factor. Would never book at this location again.
