A few things. The dishwasher worked until Mark arrived. Normal operation required user to turn dishwasher off and on. When our appliance technician was trying to fix the new issue, Mark would hardly give him space and essentially destroyed the electronics by causing a visible short/spark while messing with the dishwasher instead of letting the technician work. I had to convince the appliance company that Mark was not a permanent resident so they would not mark our house as "do not return". The technician said he'd work with me but was very upset at what the tenant had done. I had to purchae a new unit. Mark also kept trying to change the wifi configuration of the hosue. Nobody has had internet issues before or since. If the cleaners were that bad I would have honestly immediately scheduled an urgent deep clean if I was notified of this, but we have had guests stay after Mark with no reported issues. Roach traps are placed in hiden corners to mitigate roaches. Light switches were installed in the same places in all the houses of the neighborhood when they were built. I regret not wanting to make a big deal out of this initially, because maintenance items did unfortunately come up during the stay, but at the same time, Mark was a very difficult guest amd this review is over the top.
