Nestled in the heart of San Diego's famed Little Italy district. Quaint and cozy and overflowing with natural light, this bright and happy space serves as the perfect urban retreat for couples or solo travelers. Featuring a cozy king bed and a kitchenette stocked with the essentials, dining in or dining out (you're in the right place!) is always an option.

The Space:
There are 4 detached units in the property, the Garage (studio unit) is located in the back left hand side of the property. This property is located in the historic Little Italy, if you are sensitive to noise, staying anywhere in the Little Italy area may not be the right choice.

This property is street parking only. In the heart of the city, parking can be limited. Please read street signage carefully as there are parking rules and restrictions that vary street to street. Transportation is available by trolley, bus, ride share and even electric scooters in this pretty city.

Security cameras onsite.

Additional rental contract will be sent upon confirmed reservation.

No Pets or smoking.
