Enjoy an in-unit washer/dryer, cable TV, free DVD movie rentals, complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter, and Rocky Mountain National Park minutes from your door. Free Wi-Fi. Sorry, no pets allowed in this unit and no smoking, please. There is one parking space available at the unit. Additional parking in the municipal parking lot across the street. Sleeps six.

Fabulous location- steps to downtown with lots of touristy shops/breweries/ places to eat/ close to RMNP entrance. Beds were very comfortable, great shower pressure and LOVED the hot tub after a long day of hiking.

Nice! But I'm glad we we were on top level!

The people down below us partied all night. LOUD! They had kids screaming and dogs running about.
