Amazing place to stay close to campus. The house was incredibly clean and we had more than enough room for our big group. The owner was extremely accommodating, we will definitely stay there again.

Troy and Christine were wonderful hosts. We arrived and found an immaculately clean house, ready with coffee, creamer, muffins, a cooler of ice, and many more amenities. The house accomodated all 7 of us with plenty of extra room. Location was great for our purpose of heading to Beaver Stadium. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again. Great communication too!

Could not have asked for more from our hosts or from the home! Great communication from the start - thoughtful, timely, and helpful. Beautiful and comfortable home in a lush / leafy neighborhood. No doubt we will be visiting again!

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is very well maintained, featuring about 100 family homes. It is close to everything in town, while being very quiet and having enjoyable views.

What makes this property unique

We have an all remodeled home, with every room of our 1999 house having been updated and renovated. The outdoor space offers great seating on a covered porch, or on a spacious secluded rear deck. We are 3 houses away from our neighborhood park, and just up the street from the bike paths which lead directly to the Penn State Golf course and stadium. Rental Spin bikes are available just down the street if you would like to enjoy the biking experience.
